  • Reading: As you can see I'm not good at reading, even though I could have get a better score than I did. Anyway, I'd spend most of time reading the materials that is a little bit higher than my level, and I'd memorize as many vocabularies as possible, particularly those might appear on real reading passages, since this is exactly where I lacked on my reading exam. The same as listening analyzing your mistakes and working on them is the best thing that you can do to reduce them. Writing: My first score on this section was 7.5, and the main reason why my score decreased on the second attempt is that I got a topic that I wrote an essay for the first time on my real exam. However, I believe that I got 7.5 on task 2 and my task 1 reduced my overall writing score, since I wasn't good at working with data, grouping it. On my first attempt, I got almost 8 on task 2 and 6,5 on task 1, so I ended up with 7.5 on writing. My main strengthen on this section is not some great ideas, complex grammatical structure or some fancy C2 level words, but my clean writing without any errors that is easy to follow. I've answered questions fully and developed my point deeply throughout the essay on both of my writing exams. I'd mainly recommend you to read and analyze high level sample answers, but reliable ones, and the book called the Key to IELTS writing task 1 and task 2 by Pauline Cullen that teaches you how to write clean essays on strict exam condition. Speaking: I'm not a good speaker, but I'd like to recommend a few things on that part as well. First of all, do the shadowing every single day, and that helps you to speak cleaner and without any accents. You could have a conversation with AIs in English or you could ask AI to ask IELTS speaking questions so then AI asks the questions that you've provided as you prompted that. Moreover, AI helps you to evaluate your score after giving recommendations to improve your speaking score.

  • So, yeah. I've tried for the second time, but ended up with the same score as the first one. However, this score is a lot stronger than the previous one. This exam was the main reason why I couldn't write any post on this channel for a long period. Now, I'm going to share some of my recommendations that might be useful for those who have been preparing for an IELTS examination. So let's start: Listening: to improve your listening score you have to listen in English as much as you can. For example, you might would like to listen to a podcast like me, and at this case, I'd recommend you to listen to Modern Wisdom or DOAC(The Diary of A CEO). Apart from that, you can practice Cambridge listening materials that you can get on this website. The main important part to decrease your mistakes is analyzing and figuring out why you made them, so then you could work on the exact type of questions that you're struggling mainly with.

Bu jumlalarni o’qigandan keyin bu kitobni o’qishga qaror qildim(Yolg’iz bo’lish san’ati kitobi). Mana ularning tarjimasi👇 Yolg’iz qolish hayotning, ulg’ayishning bir qismi. Doʻstlaringiz va oʻrtoqlaringiz umringizning oxirigacha siz bilan bo’la olmaydilar. Bir kun kelib siz boshqalardan qidirayotgan xotirjamlik har doim oʻzingizning ichingizda boʻlganini tushunib yetasiz. Siz hozir oʻzingiznikisiz. O’zingizdan boshqa hech kim sizning oldingizda butun umr boʻlmaydi. Odamlar sizga umr boʻyi enagalik qila olishmaydi. Bazi insonlar bosh vaqtini siz bilan oʻtqazadi, bazilari esa vaqtini siz bilan oʻtkazish uchun ajratadi, bunga e’tiborli boʻling. Sizni o’zingizga bo’lgan munosabatingiz hayotingizdagi boshqa munosablarga ham ta’sir qiladi. Agar siz o’zingiz bilan erkin o’tira olmasangiz, hech qanday do’stlik bu bo’shliqni to’ldirmaydi. Yolg’izlik atrofda odamlarni topa olmasliging emas, u o’zingni topolmasligingdir. Koʻpchilik yolgʻizlikdan qo’rqmaydi. Ular o’zlarini jimlikda ko’rishdan qo’rqishadi, chunki shu jimlik ular chalgʻituvchi omillar orqali qochishga harakat qilayotgan jimlikdir. Insonlarning roziligi va sevgisi uchun boʻlayotgan poygada bo’lsang, yakunda oʻzligingni yoʻqotasan.

  • One day you walk into school without knowing anyone. And one day you leave it with memories you will never forget. 25 May — the end of a beautiful era🪻

  • Nowadays, I'm reading the book called "The psychology of Money" by Morgan Housel that I found very useful about finance, particularly for those who want to achieve financial freedom later in their lives. This book explains complex financial ideas with very simple stories of people. For example, there was a guy who got paid very well and spent money without caring about the amount, and there was a guy who got paid very little amount, but dedicated to invest as much amount as possible. In the end, first guy lost everything he got, while the second one became a multi millionaire at his old age, which meant that he was able to give his family a great life. An idea that really amazed me was that: "If you are a millionaire, and if you spend all of your money to buy a supercar that costs $ 1million, then you're not a millionaire anymore, instead you've got a machine that requires you to spend tens of thousand dollars to just drive. That is the main reason you can't find real wealthy people out there." Hozirda Morgan Houselning "Pul Psixologiyasi" kitobini o'qiyapman. Bu kitob moliya haqidagi juda foydali kitob, ayniqsa kelajakda moliyaviy erkinlikka erishmoqchi bo'lganlar uchun. Bu kitob qiyin moliyaviy g'oyalarni insonlarning oddiy hikoyalari bilan tushuntirib beradi. Misol uchun, juda ham yaxshi daromad topadigan bir inson va juda ham kam daromad topadigan inson bo'ladi. Ularning birinchisi pulni miqdoriga qaramasdan sarflayveradi, ikkinchisi esa iloji boricha maoshining katta qismini investitsiyalarga sarflashga harakat qiladi. Birinchi qahramonimiz oxirida hamma pulni yo'qotganda, ikkinchisi multi millionerga aylanadi. Aytgancha, menga juda yoqqan g'oyalardan biri: "Agar siz millioner bo'lsangiz va hamma pulingizni hashamatli mashina olishga sarfladingiz deylik, endi sizda har oy faqatgina haydashingiz uchun o'n minglab dollar xarajat qilishingiz kerak bo'lgan avto-ulov bor, undan tashqari endi siz millioner emassiz. Shuning uchun ham haqiqiy boy insonlarni uchratish juda qiyin." 📱 @AbdulazizsPosts

Truth #78: The "Plan B" Trap (Goal Dilution The Fact Having a backup plan ("Plan B") does not make you safer; it actually destroys your chances of achieving your primary goal ("Plan A"). The Explanation In psychology and behavioral science, this is known as Goal Dilution. When your brain knows there is a comfortable safety net, it subconsciously reduces the amount of effort, focus, and willpower it invests in the primary goal. When you are aiming for a highly ambitious target—whether that is hitting an elite 8.0 score on a grueling language exam, or successfully launching a tech startup—your brain will inevitably encounter massive stress and resistance. At the exact moment the work gets painfully difficult, if your brain knows there is a "Plan B" available (like settling for a lower score, or just getting a regular, comfortable job), it will automatically pull the parachute and choose the path of least resistance. The Necessity (Focus & Success) To achieve extraordinary things, you must remove the safety net. You have to "burn the boats." Actionable Step: Stop wasting your cognitive energy planning for failure. If your "Plan A" is what you truly want (like getting accepted into a top-tier international business program), dedicate 100% of your mental battery to it. Treat failure not as a pre-planned fallback option, but as an absolute emergency that you will only deal with *if* Plan A completely crashes. Haqiqat #78: "B Reja" Tuzog‘i — Maqsadning Suyulishi Haqiqat Zaxira rejasiga ("B reja") ega bo‘lish sizni xavfsizroq qilmaydi; u aslida asosiy maqsadingizga ("A reja") erishish imkoniyatini yo‘qqa chiqaradi. Tushuntirish Psixologiya va xulq-atvor fanida bu Maqsadning suyulishi (Goal Dilution) deb ataladi. Miyangiz qulay xavfsizlik yostig‘i borligini bilganda, u ongsiz ravishda asosiy maqsadga sarflanadigan kuch, diqqat va irodani kamaytiradi. Siz o‘ta yuksak maqsad sari intilayotganingizda — xoh u og‘ir til imtihonida elita hisoblangan 8.0 ballni qo‘lga kiritish bo‘lsin, xoh texnologik startapni muvaffaqiyatli ishga tushirish bo‘lsin — miyangiz muqarrar ravishda katta stress va qarshilikka duch keladi. Ish chidab bo‘lmas darajada qiyinlashgan o‘sha lahzada, agar miyangiz "B reja" borligini bilsa (masalan, pastroq ballga rozi bo‘lish yoki shunchaki oddiy, tinch ishga kirish), u avtomatik ravishda parashyutni ochadi va eng oson yo‘lni tanlaydi. Zaruriyat (Diqqat va Muvaffaqiyat) Favqulodda ishlarni amalga oshirish uchun siz xavfsizlik to‘rini olib tashlashingiz kerak. Siz "kemalarni yoqib yuborishingiz" shart. Amaliy qadam: Muvaffaqiyatsizlik uchun reja tuzishga aqliy energiyangizni sarflashni to‘xtating. Agar "A reja" siz haqiqatan ham xohlayotgan narsa bo‘lsa (masalan, xalqaro biznes bo‘yicha yuqori darajadagi universitetga qabul qilinish), butun aqliy quvvatingizning 100 foizini shunga qarating. Muvaffaqiyatsizlikka oldindan tayyorlab qo‘yilgan zaxira varianti sifatida emas, balki *faqatgina* "A reja" butunlay barbod bo‘lgandagina shug‘ullaniladigan mutlaq favqulodda holat sifatida munosabatda bo‘ling.

Truth #77: The Upgrade Spiral (The Diderot Effect) The Fact Buying one new, nice thing does not just cost you the price of that single item. It creates a psychological chain reaction that makes you feel like all your old things are inadequate, forcing you into a spiral of buying things you do not actually need just to "match" the new item. The Explanation This consumer trap is named after the French philosopher Denis Diderot. He lived his entire life in poverty, but after suddenly receiving a large sum of money, he bought a beautiful, luxurious scarlet robe. Immediately, a problem arose. Next to his magnificent new robe, his old desk looked incredibly cheap. So, he bought a new, expensive desk. Next to the new desk, his old chair looked terrible, so he bought a leather chair. Then he needed new art, new rugs, and new bookshelves. The single robe created a chain reaction that completely drained his money. Modern companies rely on the Diderot Effect. It is the exact reason why buying a new iPhone instantly makes you want to buy a new case, a new wireless charger, and a new pair of AirPods. The new item makes the old ecosystem feel broken. The Necessity (Wealth & Self-Control) You will never build wealth if you allow your possessions to dictate your future purchases. Actionable Step: When you buy a premium item, you must mentally isolate it. Do not let it become the new baseline for your entire life. Use the "30-Day Disconnect Rule." If you buy a new laptop, completely forbid yourself from buying *any* accessories (like a new mouse, bag, or desk) for exactly 30 days. By the time the month is over, the initial psychological high will fade, and you will realize your old mouse works just fine. Haqiqat #77: Yangilanish Girdobi — Didro Effekti Haqiqat Bitta yangi, chiroyli narsa sotib olish sizga faqatgina o‘sha bitta buyumning puliga tushmaydi. U psixologik zanjirli reaksiyani yuzaga keltiradi va o‘zingizdagi barcha eski narsalarni yaroqsizdek his qilishga majbur qilib, shunchaki yangi narsaga "moslash" uchungina aslida sizga kerak bo‘lmagan narsalarni ham sotib olish girdobiga tortib ketadi. Tushuntirish Ushbu iste'molchi tuzog‘i fransuz faylasufi Deni Didro sharafiga nomlangan. U butun umri davomida qashshoqlikda yashagan, ammo to‘satdan katta pulga ega bo‘lgach, o‘ziga ajoyib, hashamatli qizil xalat sotib olgan. Shu zahotiyoq muammo paydo bo‘ldi. Uning muhtasham yangi xalati yonida eski yozuv stoli nihoyatda arzon va xunuk ko‘rinardi. Shuning uchun u yangi, qimmatbaho stol sotib oldi. Yangi stol yonida uning eski stuli dabdala ko‘ringani uchun charm stul sotib oldi. Keyin unga yangi san'at asarlari, yangi gilamlar va yangi kitob javonlari kerak bo‘ldi. Bitta xalat uning bor pulini so‘rib olgan zanjirli reaksiyani keltirib chiqardi. Zamonaviy kompaniyalar Didro Effektiga tayanadi. Yangi iPhone sotib olishingiz bilanoq darhol yangi g‘ilof, yangi simsiz quvvatlagich va yangi AirPods sotib olishni xohlab qolishingizning aniq sababi ham shunda. Yangi buyum eski ekotizimni xuddi buzuqdek his qilishga majbur qiladi. Zaruriyat (Moliya va O‘zini nazorat qilish) Agar siz mol-mulkingizga kelajakdagi xaridlaringizni belgilab berishiga ruxsat bersangiz, hech qachon boylik yarata olmaysiz. Amaliy qadam: Qimmatbaho yoki yuqori sifatli narsa sotib olayotganda, uni ruhan yakkalab qo‘yishingiz shart. U butun hayotingiz uchun yangi standart (baza) bo‘lib qolishiga yo‘l qo‘ymang. "30 kunlik uzilish qoidasi"dan foydalaning. Agar yangi noutbuk sotib olsangiz, roppa-rosa 30 kun davomida unga *har qanday* aksessuarlar (masalan, yangi sichqoncha, sumka yoki stol) sotib olishni o‘zingizga butunlay taqiqlang. Bir oy o‘tgach, dastlabki psixologik ehtiros so‘nadi va siz eski sichqonchangiz ham juda yaxshi ishlayotganini tushunib yetasiz.

  • Truth #76: The Memory Muscle (The Spacing Effect) The Fact Cramming for 10 hours the day before a big exam or presentation guarantees that your brain will delete almost everything you learned within a week. However, studying the exact same material for just 20 minutes a day over several weeks builds permanent, lifelong memory. The Explanation Discovered by German psychologist Hermann Ebbinghaus, this biological mechanism is known as the Spacing Effect, which combats the "Forgetting Curve." Your brain is an incredibly efficient hard drive. It actively tries to delete information to save energy. When you cram 10 hours of data into your head all at once, your brain tags it as "short-term junk" and flushes it out while you sleep. However, if you study something, let yourself naturally forget a little bit of it, and then force your brain to recall it a few days later, you send a powerful biological signal. The struggle of *re-remembering* proves to your brain that this information is critical for your survival. It responds by physically thickening the neural pathways, locking the memory in permanently. The Necessity (Learning & Preparation) Stop relying on last-minute panic to get things done. Hard work does not equal smart work. Actionable Step: If you are trying to learn a new language, master a coding framework, or memorize a speech, use the 1-3-7 Rule. Review the new material 1 day after learning it, then 3 days later, and then 7 days later. This perfectly timed "spaced repetition" requires a fraction of the total study time but yields 10x better retention. Haqiqat #76: Xotira Muskuli — Oraliq Effekti Haqiqat Katta imtihon yoki taqdimotdan bir kun oldin 10 soat davomida tinimsiz o‘qish — miyangiz siz o‘rgangan narsalarning deyarli barchasini bir hafta ichida o‘chirib tashlashini kafolatlaydi. Biroq, xuddi shu materialni bir necha hafta davomida kuniga atigi 20 daqiqadan o‘qish umrbod saqlanib qoladigan xotirani shakllantiradi. Tushuntirish Nemis psixologi Hermann Ebbingaus tomonidan kashf etilgan ushbu biologik mexanizm Oraliq Effekti (Spacing Effect) deb ataladi va u "Unutish egri chizig‘i"ga qarshi kurashadi. Sizning miyangiz nihoyatda tejamkor qattiq diskdir (hard drive). U energiyani tejash uchun ma'lumotlarni o‘chirib tashlashga faol harakat qiladi. Siz 10 soatlik ma'lumotni birdaniga miyangizga tiqsangiz, miyangiz unga "qisqa muddatli chiqindi" deb yorliq yopishtiradi va siz uxlayotganingizda uni tozalab tashlaydi. Biroq, agar siz biror narsani o‘rgansangiz, o‘zingizga uning bir qismini tabiiy ravishda unutishga imkon bersangiz va bir necha kundan keyin miyangizni uni eslashga majbur qilsangiz, siz kuchli biologik signal yuborgan bo‘lasiz. *Qayta eslash* mashaqqati miyangizga bu ma'lumot sizning yashab qolishingiz uchun o‘ta muhim ekanligini isbotlaydi. Bunga javoban miya neyron yo‘llarini jismonan qalinlashtiradi va xotirani umrbod muhrlab qo‘yadi. Zaruriyat (O‘rganish va Tayyorgarlik) Ishlarni bitirish uchun oxirgi daqiqadagi vahimaga tayanishni to‘xtating. Ko‘p ishlash — bu aqlli ishlash degani emas. Amaliy qadam: Agar siz yangi til o‘rganayotgan, dasturlash tilini o‘zlashtirayotgan yoki nutq yodlayotgan bo‘lsangiz, 1-3-7 Qoidasidan foydalaning. Yangi materialni o‘rgangandan 1 kun o‘tib, keyin 3 kundan so‘ng va keyin 7 kundan so‘ng takrorlang. Bu mukammal vaqtga sozlangan "oraliqli takrorlash" jami o‘qish vaqtining juda kichik qismini talab qiladi, lekin ma'lumotni eslab qolish darajasini 10 barobarga oshiradi.
