ALA is found in plants, while EPA and DHA are found mostly in marine sources like fish and algae وذكرت نوعين بس وهم ال EPA & DHA ال Icosapent ethyl يحتوي على ال EPA بس ال Omega-3 acid ethyl esters يحتوي على ال EPA + DHA واتكلمت عن الأوميجا 3 اللي بتتصرف بدون وصفة طبية وقالت: لا تُعد مكملات زيت السمك التي تُصرف دون وصفة طبية مكافئة للأدوية التي تتطلب وصفة طبية، كما أنها تتفاوت في محتواها من الأحماض الدهنية.
