مَا أَغْنَىٰ عَنِّي مَالِيَهْ My wealth has not availed me.

﴿ لَولا تَستَغفِرونَ اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُم تُرحَمونَ ﴾ Why do you not seek forgiveness of Allah that you may receive mercy?

﴿ قُلِ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ﴾ Say, [O Muhammad], "Praise be to Allah

إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا Indeed Allah is ever, with what you do, Acquainted

فَإِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنَاهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed.

فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّكُمْ بِاللَّهِ الْغَرُورُ Therefore, do not let this life deceive you, nor let illusions deceive you regarding Allah.

﴿ لَا تَخَفْ وَلَا تَحْزَنْ ۖ إِنَّا مُنَجُّوكَ ﴾ Fear not, nor grieve. Indeed, we will save you

إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ Allah is the Rich, the Praised.

﴿ فَاسْتَجَابَ لَهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ ﴾ And their Lord responded to them

خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقًّا ۚ Dwelling therein forever. The promise of Allah is true.

بَلْ تُؤْثِرُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا * وَالْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ But you prefer the worldly life,While the Hereafter is better and more enduring.

فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ ۖ So be patient. The promise of Allah is true.

وَإِلَى السَّمَاءِ كَيْفَ رُفِعَتْ And at the sky - how it is raised?

قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلُ ۚ كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُشْرِكِينَ Say, “Roam the earth, and observe the fate of those who came before. Most of them were idolaters.”

﴿ رَّبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا فِي نُفُوسِكُمْ إِن تَكُونُواْ صَالِحِينَ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ لِلأَوَّابِينَ غَفُورًا ﴾ Your Lord is most knowing of what is within yourselves. If you should be righteous [in intention] - then indeed He is ever, to the often returning[to Him], Forgiving

وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it].

{ لَا يَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌ مِنْ قَوْمٍ عَسَىٰ أَنْ يَكُونُوا خَيْرًا مِنْهُمْ } no one group of men should jeer at another, who may after all be better than them

{ أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ } How could He who created not know His own creation, when He is the Most Subtle, the All Aware?
