If President Trump appoints me as special commissioner for election reform, I will have a letter on his desk on Day 1 with the following recommendations for executive order: 1) An immediate countrywide deletion of voter rolls with voters required to show up in person with ID to vote at their assigned precincts. 2) Redirection of 50% of U.S. foreign aid budget to properly staff all elections activities to make point one efficient and effective, including compensation and oversight. 3) Ban of all electronic elections components. 4) Absentee ballots strictly for overseas military and the legitimately disabled, and will be notarized. This would be a de facto ban on ballot harvesting. 5) The two weekends before the election will have a limited window of time for early voting for those who legitimately can't vote on Election Day - truckers, doctors, nurses, pilots, etc. 6) Large counties (top ten 10% in population) report first. 7) Death penalty for industrial scale election rigging.
