MARKETS TODAY Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles and Asian Paints fall 2.2% each, among the top Nifty losers. Nifty IT and Nifty Realty emerge as the top sectoral losers. Mphasis and LTIMindtree fall 3% and 2.9%, respectively, among the top IT losers. Oberoi Realty and Lodha fall 3.8% and 3.4%, respectively, among the top realty losers.

MARKETS TODAY Nifty closes in the red for the 6th consecutive session. Sensex slips 493 points to 77,235, while Nifty falls 133 points to 24,155. Nifty Bank falls 235 points to 57,262. Nifty MidCap declines 278 points to 63,639. Nifty SmallCap ends near flat, down 0.4 points at 19,809. Axis Bank and Max Healthcare gain 1.3% and 1%, respectively, emerging among the top Nifty gainers.
