لكل شخص أثره الجميل ودائماً تبقى الاعمال خير دليل تنطق بها الأقلام قبل الكلام.... 23/9/2024 في اخر محاضرة تشريح معَ الدكتور/عارف صالح 💫 مرت الايام والسنين كلمح البصر عند تذكرها وقد اوشكنا على الوصول إلى نهاية البدايه نهاية لطالما انتظرنا الوصول لها. في اخر محاضرة تشريح لنا كنت انتظر هذه اللحظه بفارغ الصبر كي اتخلص من كل الرعب في محاضرات الدكتور وكل النكبات في الاختبار لكنني لا اعلم أفرح لانني انتهيت ام احزن لان هذه الايام رحلت بكل محطاتها من نجاح وفشل ومحاولة. نشكرك دكتورنا لكل حرف علمتنا اياه.. لقد تعلمنا منك الكثير قبل علوم الطب تعلمنا منك الصبر والتوقعات ان كل شي وارد😁 نشكرك لكل ماقدمته لنا ونعتذر منك عن كل تصرفاتنا الطائشه.. نعتذر عن كل محاضرة اخذتها لنا بغضب بداخلك وعدم رضا بحضورنا ورغم ذلك لم تبخل علينا يوماً.. ستكون يوماً ما فخورًا بنا سنحاول الوصول لِ اعلا قمة اردت منا الوصول لها.. سيذكرك بالخير كل شخص سألنا فأجبنا بفضل تعليمك لنا.. سنحاول كل المحاوله ان نكون عند حسن ظنّك بنا. عاملتنا كَمعاملة الآباء لأبنائهم. كلمات شكرنا لاتوفيكم حقكم. ولا نستطيع رد جميلكم. فلكم منا الدعاء شكرآ دكتورنا

🔺تقرير سابع وآخر محاضرة تشريح لـ جزئية الـ HEAD & NECK 🔺🔥 🗓 الإثنين 2024/9/23 بدأ الدكتور المحاضرة بالـ EAR وشرح فيها التالي : 📍Middle Ear : - It has 6 surfaces : 1. Anterior "Carotid wall ". 2. Posterior "Mastoid wall ". 3. Medial " Inner ear ". 4. Lateral " Tympanic wall ". 5. Roof " Tegmental wall ". 6. Floor "Jugular wall " . ⭕️ وشرح كل واحد منهم بالتفصيل وعلى ايش يحتوي كل surface . - It has also three bones : 1. Malleus . 2. Incus . 3. Stapes. - It has also some openings : 1. Eustachian tube . 2. Noval window . 3. Round window . 4. Promonter . ⭕️ قال أنه فتحتي الـ Ovale + Circular ينتقل منهم الصوت . ⭕️ شرح ايضًا انه فيها عضلتين هم : 1.  Tensor tympani muscle . 2. Stapedius muscle . ⭕️ Eustachian tube consist of : - Bony part . - Cartilagenous part . ⭕️ ويكون فيها عدة عضلات برضو اللي هي : - Tensor veli palatini muscle. - Levator veli palatini muscle. - Salpingopharyngeus muscle. - Tensor tympani muscle. ⭕️ Tympanic Plexus : 1. Caroticotympanic nerves originating from the internal carotid artery plexus (sympathetic). 2. Branches of  tympanic branch of the glossopharyngeal nerve (parasympathetic ) . - وبعدين من tympanic plexus يخرج nerve يُسمى بـِ Lesser petrosal nerve . ⭕️ عشان كذا الـ Tympanic membrane يكون غني بالتغذية العصبية . 📍Inner Ear : - It consists of : 1. Bony part . 2. Membranous part . - Consists also of : 1. Cochlea canal . 2. Vestibule canal . 3. Semicircular canal . ⭕️ Contents of each canal : 1. Cochlea : - Function : Hearing. 2. Vestibule : - Sensation : Macula. ⭕️ الـ Macula قال مههههمة ولازم نبحث عليها ... - Function : Standing balance. 3. Semicircular : - Sensation : Crista ampullaris. - Function : Kinesthesia balance. وبعدما خلصنا الـ Ear انتقل لتكملة الـ Neck اللي هي : 📍 Anterior Triangle : ⭕️ Boundaries: 1. Superior Boundary: The lower border of the mandible (jawbone). 2. Lateral Boundary: The anterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. 3. Medial Boundary: The midline of the neck, extending from the mandible to the jugular notch of the sternum. ⭕️ Subdivisions: The anterior triangle can be further divided into smaller triangles: 1. Submental Triangle: Located below the chin, bounded by the mandible and the two anterior bellies of the digastric muscle. 2. Submandibular Triangle: Found beneath the mandible, bounded by the mandible and the two bellies of the digastric muscle. 3. Carotid Triangle: Bounded by the sternocleidomastoid muscle, the omohyoid muscle, and the digastric muscle; contains major vascular structures. 4.
