I'd say maybe 20 to 40% can pass as white.
For Turk and related people, I refer to this meme. Some can be white, but most aren't.
Are Turkish people white?

Ancient beliefs of terrain theory part 1 Modern theory proposes that we should avoid bacteria and that it can make us sick. There has been studies of about 50 people unimmune to a disease being coughed on in the face by sick patients to end up not getting sick. I can also a-test to plenty of people who have safely consumed raw animal products without every getting Salmonella poisoning or anything else, infact if it does happen it is often the first time someone does it because of poor immune system. The ancient taoists saw the body as having predisposed aliments in which diseases are bound to form, the practice is to rid yourself of aliments before the impurities becomes harmful, in contrast to modern views of “catching a disease” this traditional view sees aliments as impurities which express later and are necessarily to clean through specific methods which detox the body and wipe out and prevent later impurities. Causes of these impurities are our lifestyle, the food we eat, the people were around, the stress we cause ourself this negative energy makes our body weak, not the living organisms which make up our body. “If you look at people they all seem to be in good health and free from sickness but in reality they have in their bodies the roots of illness which have not yet developed. It is regrettable that they only look for pleasures without realising their mistakes and errors. They always give rise to stupidity by seeking comfortable houses, drinking strong wines, enjoying exciting music and dances and giving themselves up to pleasures. They do not realise that attractive forms can disturb their seeing, that music and songs can mislead their hearing and that going to bed when they are drunk and full of food can cause their generative force to disperse. Their health declines but they are not aware of their foolishness. When they get ill they look for medicine when it is too late. They do not know that illnesses are caused by excess of food, drink and pleasures. They do not realise that inner ailments are latent in their bodies and when the latter manifest it is (sometimes) difficult to cure them. Therefore, even before illnesses appear, you should use slow and quick fires to destroy their roots. For in your daily activities, your feelings of pleasure, anger, sorrow and joy are the causes of sickness, of pleasure affecting the heart, anger the liver, sorrow the incorporeal soul and joy the corporeal soul, thus injuring all the viscera.”
I believe that the above picture is partially accurate, use it mostly for the components of modern Europeans, do not consider every group in blue part of the white race, I have tested various of these groups on a g25 calculator and then cluster too far away to be considered the same race. I do believe also these interpretations above heavily exaggerated the general difference in clustering, if it was at this level race denialism could never have functioned. While be it a delusional ideology no big lie has zero truth, it’s good to view things from a balanced perspective.
