I want to take the opportunity to thank each and every one of you who has been sharing, commissioning and donating. We've gotten almost 200 euros in donations and I cannot be happier💛💙❤️ and it is all thanks to you guys! I cannot say more than thank you a thousand times and it wouldn't be enough I was planning on buying more things to send to Venezuela, but most places if not all of the ones that were receiving donations have paused them, as they have a lot already. So I will keep half of the money from the commissions for now, just to see if they open donations once again later, or donate the money directly to one of the links I provided beforehand. Hello everyone Sorry for not posting but it's been a hectic couple of days. I've been talking to people all I can and boosting on twitter to try and help If you haven't seen the news, Venezuela has suffered a double earthquake (7.5 & 7.2) and the destruction has been unprecedented. I was extremely scared the moment I knew about it, seeing the videos of buildinga collapsing... But I was able to contact my mother shortly after. She is fine as well as my cats, my home there suffered some damage but the cracks do not seem dangerous for them having to leave the building. My family and friends are fine despite all the chaos and destruction. But my heart feels heavy knowing there are people out there that have not been as lucky. The situation has really messed me up, I wasn't doing ok to begin with and this just destroyed me a little more. Every death I see it feels like one in my family and feeling like I'm here in Spain doing nothing and not helping take people out the rubble is making my head go nuts, and my emotions are all over the place. This is why I will be opening comissions to try and help with the expenses on fixing my home, as well as to help my mother economically since she cannot work during these times. I want to also use the money to buy more and donate more health/personal care products (omw to donate more) as well as food, and other basic necessities people back home need. In another post I'll write all the details. I haven't said this in this channel, but I have been unemployed for a bit, and I have some savings but sending money back home has gotten more difficult because of this. My unemployment doesn't even cover my current rent (🫠) So I appreciate the support and anything you can do to help.
