The role ensures that proposed solutions effectively address business requirements, facilitates collaboration between business and technical stakeholders, manages scope and requirement changes, and ensures successful delivery of solutions in line with agreed requirements, quality standards, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, validate, and manage the business requirements throughout the project life cycle. Recommend and assess different solutions according to the business need in coordination with the technical team. Document the business requirements and changes of scope across the project stages. Conduct ongoing checks on the project workflow to ensure meeting the initial and updated requirements and provide a final sign off before delivery. Manage the communication between business stakeholders and the technical team, remove roadblocks and facilitate the day-to-day operations until delivery. What's the job purpose for this position. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, or Project Management. Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Good understanding of SDLC, system implementation, testing, deployment, change management, and scope management, preferably within FinTech, payments, banking, or technology. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and coordinate effectively with technical teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and requirements/ project management tools such as Jira or Confluence, with strong documentation skills and good command of English.
