💼 Business Talk with CEO of Wendy's Uzbekistan 🚀On 4th of December, the Business Management and its Pathways Team and the Career Development Centre, organized an Inspiring Business Talk with Shokhrukh Jalilov, CEO of Wendy’s Uzbekistan and WIUT Alumnus '19. 💥 During the session, Shokhrukh shared his remarkable success story - from his early experience in the USA to becoming the CEO responsible for the development of Wendy’s across Central Asia. He took students through his entrepreneurial journey, highlighting how determination, strategic thinking, and global exposure shaped his path in the F&B industry. 💼 The session also covered Wendy’s business model, brand values, expansion strategy, and the organizational development practices that support the company's rapid growth in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. 🤩At the end of the event, students who actively participated in the interactive quiz were awarded with valuable prizes! ✨ Career Development Centre extends its gratitude to Shokhrukh Jalilov for an insightful and motivational session, and for inspiring WIUT students with a real-life example of career growth, global mindset, and dedication.
