i'm checking some old messages from our contact bot one guy absolutely swore at me because apparently i personally blocked him from binance campaigns (if only i had that much power) tho, learned like 4 new curse words, so not a complete waste of time anyway there are SOOO many reasons your account could end up "not eligible": > dynamic IPs > switching internet providers > free VPNs (decent chance your exit IP is shared with a few thousand other people) > weird login patterns > device/browser fingerprints > multi-accounting / farming suspicion > low or "suspicious" trading volume > registration via referral/affiliate > region / IP from "gray" zones > low account trust-score and about a hundred other signals you'll never even notice no one, including CS, will tell you which one triggered it. mostly because we'd figure out how to game it in like 2 days, and partly because compliance teams legally can't disclose AML/risk triggers no magic trick here, unfortunately @binancelens
