This unexpected event caused the platform to become inaccessible, and users were unable to withdraw asset on that day. Due to the sensitive nature of the situation, we were unable to provide timely notifications to our users. After persistent efforts and communication, we are now allowed to announce that the Bitforex platform will reopen soon, exclusively for users to withdraw their asset. The specific details are as follows: 1. Trading Suspension: All trading functions will be suspended, and users will not be able to execute any buy or sell action. 2. Registration Suspension: During this period, new user registrations will be halted. 3. Deposit Suspension: Users will be unable to deposit asset into their platform accounts. 4. Closure of All Platform Service & Products: The platform will cease all types of service & products and undergo a comprehensive rectification. 5. Withdrawal Process: Users will be able to withdraw their assets from the platform to designated personal or external third-party wallets. 6. KYC Verification: Users holding perpetual contracts position will be required to provide KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, including passport, phone number, and other necessary identification information for withdrawals.
