Nicht jedoch auf Einzelunternehmer, nicht auf Künstler und gerade in unserem Fandom wird einiges verschickt. Stellt euch vor, man kann sein Badge nicht mehr bekommen weil es eine Regulation gibt die Registration und Lizensierungen für jedes Land vorschreiben und die den Künstler 10 Mal mehr kostet als das Badge. Man muss sich also eine Erlaubnis kaufen, das Badge an seinen Besitzer zu schicken. On top of that, the lawmakers themselves haven’t thought this through enough, and everything is geared toward large, financially powerful corporations and companies. But not toward sole proprietors, not toward artists—and especially in our fandom, a lot of stuff gets shipped around. Imagine not being able to get your badge anymore because there’s a regulation requiring registration and licensing for every country, which costs the artist 10 times more than the badge itself. So you’d have to buy a permit just to send the badge to its owner.
