They use Loophole, the "Reverse Solicitation" Many international cryptocurrency exchanges continue to offer futures trading to European users under the principle of reverse solicitation. This means that if an EU user accesses the exchange's global website on their own initiative, and the platform does not actively advertise or market its services within the European Union or maintain a local presence there, it is technically not considered to be actively offering those services in the EU. Some non-MiCA-licensed exchanges rely on this interpretation to continue serving European users under specific circumstances.
