Dear members, We wanted to let you know that we are making a strategic transition to secure a more competitive future for our project and our community. The launchpad market has changed, and our current model is no longer viable. We have been facing significant challenges, Some of the factors that led to this: 1) The long bear market that decimated most long lasting launchpads. 2) New meme and AI launchpads. 3) New and existing big launchpad players such as Legion, Echo, Coinlist, Kaito Launchpad that can raise millions and take the top projects to themselves. 4) Exchanges and big wallets taking other tier 1 projects and raising for them. 5) Refund policies which made top projects lose interest in regular launchpads and look for alternatives. As a result it has been hard to impossible to find really good projects or projects that will go list on tier 1 exchanges which is what I believe we all want instead of weak ones launching on not great exchanges. With bad launches and projects performances it’s also very hard to collect fees and keep maintaining the platform. To avoid a complete shutdown, we have been tirelessly looking for alternative revenue streams and ways to change the business model. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to quickly pivot in the reality we found ourselves in. Thus, the most reasonable solution we found is to be acquired by a larger platform that will have better deal flow, liquidity, exchanges and marketing. We have already taken action to protect the token's value during this transition by pulling its liquidity. This was a critical step to prevent the token falling to 0 and all of you losing further funds, setting the token price at $0.0058. We will continue operating until everything is finalized and made public including launching new projects and distribution of past deals or any private deals that might launch in the future, we will also share the full details, including our new partner and the specifics of the deal, next week.
