    Footage of an active-shooter opening fire on random innocents at the grand opening of a new In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho. The shooter, armed with an AR15, was reportedly killed by return rifle fire from police after he expended his carbine ammunition. Footage also shows what is apparently an armed citizens engaging the gunman using a suppressed handgun. At least 3 passersby were killed and a further 2 severely wounded. (8-1-26)
