🔺 A Personal Update & The Future of HM DRIVE Some of you may have noticed that I've been mostly AFK over the past few weeks and haven't been responding much. The reason is simple — I've been extremely busy with real life. To improve my mental and physical well-being (more context here: https://t.me/Chiheisen/544), I recently started playing badminton almost every day for 3–4 hours. It has genuinely helped me a lot, both mentally and physically. If you're going through something similar, I'd honestly recommend giving a sport or any form of physical activity a try. Now, onto the main announcement. After carefully reviewing the costs of running HM DRIVE, I've come to a difficult decision. ⚠️ All HM DRIVE Groups will be shutting down after the end of October. After tallying everything, I found that: HM DRIVE PRO (SFW) operates at a loss of ~$10/month HM DRIVE PRO (NSFW) operates at a loss of ~$18/month When combined with the FREE groups, I'm personally covering around $32 every month just to keep everything running. As a student, this simply isn't sustainable in the long run. I may keep the FREE groups alive with a single bot, just so the community doesn't disappear completely, but I haven't made a final decision on that yet. Since the PRO groups will be closing, I'll instead be offering private dedicated bot instances for users who still need the service. 🪙 Dedicated Bot Instance: ~$13/month (estimated) This way, heavy users can continue using the service without the infrastructure operating at a continuous loss.
