Alec ZecK has convinced David Martin to finally appear on Alec's podcast (https://thewayfwrd.com/), where he will be questioned on his continually-predictably-contradictory presentations, including his much-ballyhooed but wildly-unsubstantiated "virus"/"gain of function" claims in Europe, and more. And, to clear up some related confusion/misunderstanding: After agreeing to an interview David suggested that Alec should "correct" his earlier tweet, which had been something along the lines of: “with his comments at the international COVID summit, it’s no wonder David has repeatedly avoided coming on my show”. Thus Alec replaced the tweet with an announcement of the pending interview, which led some people to conclude that Alec had "rescued" David from the awkwardness of having people point out his ongoing inconsistencies (David had already pivoted back to claiming that the virus-existence issue is "a distraction", lol). Die Feinheiten darin sind der große Sieg: a) Wir gingen in diesen Prozess ohne einen Anwalt Kein Anwalt wollte uns verteidigen, in dem er unsere Strategie unterstützt. Somit hatten wir auch keine Anwaltskosten. Es geht also auch ohne. b) Unsere Strategie ist direkt und klar Sie zielt darauf ab, die fehlende Wissenschaftlichkeit in der Virologie vor Gericht zu klären, da Paragraph 1 Infektionsschutzgesetzt diese fordert. c) Wir haben damit gezeigt, dass die Maßnahmen, die auf der Grundlage eines imaginären Virus basieren, nicht begründbar und nicht haltbar sind. d) Wie sich gezeigt hat, bedarf es keiner komplizierten Strategien, keine 400-Seiten Anklageschriften. Einzig und allein die Grundlage muss angegriffen werden. e) Der mögliche Lawineneffekt Würden viele Menschen unserer Argumentation folgen, würden voraussichtlich entweder alle Bußgelder eingestellt, oder jemand würde in die nächste Instanz gehen, wo dann die Wissenschaftlichkeit geklärt werden muss. f) Unsere Strategie und unser Fachwissen, sowie die nicht zu widerlegenden Beweisanträge, waren allen Beteiligten bekannt, sowohl dem Gerichtsapparat als auch den vielen Mitarbeitern, welche wir durchgehend kontaktierten, um deutlich zu machen, dass wir uns auf den Prozess freuen. Vielleicht war auch dies einer der Gründe, warum unser Prozess ständig verschoben wurde und unklare Aussagen seitens der Mitarbeiter getätigt wurden. Besonders Wichtig: Wäre dem Gericht, dem Staat und anderen etwas bekannt, mit dem sie hinsichtlich unserer Beweisanträge juristisch ein Exempel an uns hätten statuieren können, so hätten sie es sicher getan. So haben sie offensichtlich die einfachste "Fluchtmöglichkeit" angewendet und das Verfahren schlicht eingestellt. Hinweis: Wir bekommen unsere Chance, wir lassen nicht locker. Die Virologie wird mächtige Probleme bekommen, da sind wir uns sicher. Wir bedanken uns bei allen Unterstützern, die den Mut haben das richtige zu tun.
