I know J6 is not at the forefront of Americans' minds these days, so I wanted to provide an update. Did you know that the current DOJ is still refusing to release tens of thousands of hours of promised J6 video, still fighting former J6 defendants in court who want to release some of the video that is still under protective order, still refusing to identify the feds who entrapped us, still fighting in court to claw back J6 video from former defendants (see William Pope v. USA), and refusing to acknowledge every notice of claim by every J6er who is demanding compensation for what was done to us? This is Trump's DOJ, not Biden's, and it is ongoing to this day. Please keep talking about what our government did and continues to do to J6ers.

Lindsey wanted me shot in the head for trespassing, celebrated J6 incarcerations for years, and spoke out strongly against our pardons. I don't celebrate his death, but neither do I mourn it.

I'm sorry to report that another January 6th defendant has committed suicide. He was 31. Please pray for the J6ers. Most of us are still fighting to rebuild amidst seemingly insurmountable odds.

This might be the first prayer request I've ever posted in six years on here. My good friend from prison, Roberta, has served 30 years of a life sentence for a murder she did not witness nor commit. She might have a chance to go home soon; President Trump can do that with the stroke of his pen. God saw what happened that night. Please pray for justice for her. Thank you for my pardon. I appreciate you fighting for those unjustly prosecuted. I fought my case at trial and was sentenced to three months in now-shuttered FCI Dublin. I was completely out of my element in federal prison, and the person who gave me the most comfort was Roberta Bell. She was always there to give me a hug, a smile, and an encouraging word. She made me feel safe. You, Roberta, and I all have something in common – we are all victims of prosecutorial overreach. You, thankfully, avoided incarceration. I served 78 of 90 days. Tragically, Roberta has served 30 years (so far) of a life sentence. Sir, she does not belong in prison. She was acquitted in state court and rebuilt her life. She was working a meaningful job and caring for her three young children when, two years later, the feds came for her and deemed her a “danger to society.” Labeling Roberta as dangerous is preposterous. I know her. I have lived with her. She is a kind, compassionate, beautiful soul who deserves a second chance. Her life and gifts are being wasted behind bars. She has served more than enough time. I am thoroughly convinced that if she were able to come home, she would be the same loving, giving woman I am proud to call my friend. Please right this wrong, Sir. Please let Roberta come home. Roberta Bell is one of my two best friends from prison. Her attorneys and I are trying to encourage President Trump to grant her clemency. I worked at the OC Registrar of Voters on and off for decades. I was training people to work the polls for the 2022 midterms. It was a great job. My boss was kind, and I enjoyed many of my coworkers. Plus, I thrive on civic duty and teaching, so it was a perfect fit. Then they found out about my J6 charges and abruptly fired me, even though I had not gone to trial and was still "presumed innocent."

California election story: I started working the polls in neighbors’ garages in SoCal after 9/11. We couldn’t leave until every ballot was hand-counted and our vote tallies matched. The latest it ever took us was 11:30 p.m. Two of us would then drive the ballots and our signed count sheets to a parking lot, where election workers would unload them from our trunk and drive them up to the county Registrar of Voters building to double-check our counts. We always had results by morning. A couple of elections later, everything changed.

There has been no accountability for J6. This administration is still not releasing thousands of hours of promised J6 footage. They are still trying to claw back discovery materials from my J6 friend who represented himself pro se for four years. They have not released the names of feds in the crowd J6, even though many have been identified in our court cases. I could go on and on with this list. President Trump knows his supporters were brutally damaged last time he invited us to something "wild." It blows me away he'd ever use that language again. It's radically tone deaf at best.
