Well, I just received an email from a guy saying “it would be cleaner if we wait until we have clarity“ when we’re talking about a multimillion dollar business deal – he’s demonstrating that he fails to understand that the clarity comes from the engagement/action/dialogue, not from sitting on our hands, waiting for clarity to fall out of the sky. The older and more experienced I get, the more I see the small clues and indicators that show which people are either in the game or not in the game, who’s gonna be a problem to work with and who’s ready to run with the gazelles. https://healthythinking.substack.com/p/eleven-lessons-that-i-learned-from

Misunderstandings become Deliberate Deception when conflating "relative" vs "absolute" risk reductions, and "effectiveness" vs "efficacy" Doctors and the public are being told that these injections are “95% effective” but that is the intentional misrepresentation of 1) a STATISTICAL FINDING as if it were 2) REAL-WORLD PROTECTION h. ttps://healthythinking.substack.com/p/cult-of-medicine-5-convenient-misunderstandings

I love nice watches, but I would never pay $10k-15k for a watch when I could do so much better with that same money in other projects, like paying for my nephew’s college. https://inflammationmastery.substack.com/p/loose-ends-and-changes-1-herx-transformation

Formal education is popularly attacked these days for its shortcomings (especially after the catastrophic failures and collusions that occurred during the globalist pandemic) mostly by people with little formal education. However and to its merit, formal education includes much more than simply information (and indoctrination), as it can also include practical experiences, mentoring from experts with 40+ years of successful experience, innumerable corrections (ie, humility [for those who can receive and learn from corrections]), treatment and management strategies and techniques, etc. Self-education is great and necessary for everyone, whether they have studied in formal education or not. But for people who have not been through graduate/doctorate education, how will they know where they are along the spectrum of simple familiarity? competence and fluency, ranging from basic to intermediate to advanced? mastery at a professional level? Dr Alex Vasquez 2019 Misrepresentations Of Clinical Nutrition In Mainstream Medical Media 327KB ∙ PDF file Download The seduction of self-education is that anyone can feel that they understand the material simply because they picked up new vocabulary and some ideas that were easy for them to grasp, but they will have also selectively skipped the parts that were more difficult and they will never have their perceptions and competence challenged by an expert (eg, professor) or system (eg, high-stakes exam) that will slap/humble them back to reality while they stay drunk with their self-impression.

Strategies and tactics for dealing with manipulative people: DrAlexVasquez 13may2026 At various points in my life—whether in school, work or personal relationships—I have encountered different types of manipulative people, and because of these experiences and the occasional horrific consequences, I have been forced to study the topic of manipulation, gaslighting, and psychopathy to a reasonably deep level. 1. Primary psychopaths—10%of the population: The first step in dealing with manipulative people and human predators with psychopathic traits as to realize and accept the fact that these people actually exist. For honest people who try to deal with the world in a straightforward way, they have no idea that these human predators exist among us, although the research is quite clear that at least 10 to 20% of the population carry psychopathic traits and approximately one percent of the population is severely psychopathic to the point of criminality and incarceration. Without awareness and acceptance that these people exist, a person is going to be naïve, socially incompetent, and always vulnerable to attack by psychopathic people. A common misperception is that psychopaths are “crazy” and obviously violent/antisocial (ie, low-functioning psychopaths, approximately 1% of the population) and therefore easy to identify; this is clearly untrue as most “high-functioning psychopaths” (10% of the population) are savvy enough to “learn the rules” and manipulate their ways into positions of power, even after being successful in school and “climbing the corporate ladder.” 2. Secondary psychopaths: sociopaths—65%of the population: Another very important point to understand is that about 65% of the population doesn’t have a true internal moral compass and is therefore vulnerable to manipulation by one of the psychopathic people mentioned in the first category above. The classic psychological experiments performed by Milgram starting in the 1960s demonstrated that among any group of the general population, you can extract about 65% of those people who will conform to (false) authority even to the point of abusing and hurting other people. So a very important point to understand when dealing with society a large is that any individual or nucleus or small group of psychopathic people can easily gain control over a larger group and this can occur in the general population or in a church, a business or any type of other environment. In an organizational setting, one single psychopath can easily overtake an entire department and then the entire organization, because one manipulative person can influence the other larger group that does not have an internal moral compass and firm identity. These people are the “empty vessels” and “sheep” that are easy to manipulate into political violence and religious cults. 3. Trust your discomfort early and don’t wait for hard evidence because more time and more engagement becomes more vulnerability and more exhaustion: For me, what I would say is the third step in this process after acknowledging that primary psychopaths exist and secondary sociopaths exist is to basically learn to follow cliché and “trust your gut” because when a situation starts to feel weird, it’s usually feeling weird for a reason. The reason it’s usually feeling weird is that the other person isn’t engaging with us honestly, but they are trying to gain some type of advantage over us. They use 1) manipulation, 2) intimidation, 3) bullshit rules that they make up to their advantage, and 4) gaslighting – which is a strategy used to make other people feel like they’re crazy so that they won’t trust their own perspectives and they will shrink into the corner where they can be easily manipulated. Manipulators use exhaustion, hopelessness, and despair to weaken their targets and force their targets into submission; the longer you stay engaged with a manipulator, the weaker and more confused you will be, which is exactly the strategy being used against you.
Once you began to see any of these tactics, you know that you’re dealing with the manipulator who’s probably a psychopath and you must implement a strategy to protect yourself as discussed in the fourth and final point below. 4. Exit or Consequences: We only have two options when dealing with a manipulative psychopath and these are to either 1) leave or 2) establish clear boundaries that carry consequences. If you have the ability to leave the interaction with this person, that’s the easiest and safest thing to do because the other thing you have to accept about psychopathic people is that you will never change them. You can only leave them or impose penalties. If you cannot leave and you cannot impose penalties, then you are trapped in the situation and it’s going to be a living hell. If you can’t leave the person because of family ties or business ties or a contractual relationship then you’re only other option is to establish firm boundaries, and enforce clarity about behavior, but those boundaries and clarifications must carry consequences otherwise the other person will simply continue their abusive behavior. 5. Organizational corruption and insanity is always a structure, even if it started with one person: A primary “high-functioning” psychopath can deceive his/her way into a position of power, recruit or contaminate secondary psychopaths/sociopaths, and create a living hell for his/her subordinates, employees, or citizens. For this to occur in a largescale and durable manner, any internal-external supervision/regulation must also be compromised, as I learned from my experience as a professor and director of graduate education in the United States and as detailed in my book https://healthythinking.substack.com/p/administrative-anarchy-in-academia, widely available for free: · Free ebook PDF: http://researchgate.net/publication/380548008 · PDF: http://academia.edu/118395502 · Video narrative: https://healthythinking.substack.com/p/administrative-anarchy-in-academia

No evidence supports any "clinical superiority" of fat-soluble thiamine, but we clearly need definitive studies among different groups with different conditions to clarify this question. 🚨 THROWBACK: Gaddafi explains how big pharma profits from pandemics 💬 “I believe there will be many viruses in the future. Companies are working hard to create them,” Muammar Gaddafi said back in 2009 while delivering a speech at the UN, long before the COVID-19 and the 2026 hantavirus outbreaks. First, he said, these companies make a virus, and when it spreads across the world, they can make “massive profits from vaccination.” “If the vaccines are free, you will see that many of these unknown viruses will stop appearing and spreading,” Gaddafi predicted. 👍 Boost us | Chat | @geopolitics_prime
