📣 The Future of EMYC — Important Announcement Following a joint strategic decision by the Boards and Management Teams of E Money Network and Scallop, eligible EMYC holders will be offered the opportunity to convert the value of their EMYC into Scallop equity. Following completion of the conversion process and the delisting of EMYC from supported exchanges, E Money Network will begin an orderly wind-down of its operations. Key points • Participation is entirely voluntary. • You can continue to trade, sell or transfer your EMYC until delisting. • The conversion value of EMYC holdings will receive a 50% uplift as part of the proposed equity conversion. The final number of Scallop sub-class shares allocated will be determined using the final EMYC conversion value together with Scallop’s final equity valuation. • Conversion value = 45-day average EMYC market price (CoinMarketCap) + Scallop’s final equity valuation. • A 45-day conversion period begins with this announcement. Exchange update EMYC enters Special Treatment (ST) on KuCoin from 17 August 2026, followed by delisting. Gate.io will follow at a later stage. After delisting, the EMYC smart contract will be permanently frozen and can no longer be traded or transferred.
