Lost & Found Hej burners, we brought all the Lost&Found to Hamburg. You can pick up your lost cup or panty at the "Hanseburner Stammtisch" on 20.11. and 4.12. 19:00 - 23:00 at "Grünes Leuchten", Valentinskamp 38, Hamburg. 💸 Reimbursement Deadline & Process 💸 Hey everyone, we hope you've all had some time to chill, decompress and bask in the glory that was Hamburn 2026! For those of you who have expenses to claim, here's a little reminder of the Reimbursement process and important deadline for your invoices. Deadline for Invoice Submissions: 30th November 2025 (if you can submit your invoices as soon as possible before this date, that's hugely appreciated 🙏) You can find the Submission Form here, and for anyone who hasn't seen them yet, you can find the Guidelines for Reimbursement here. It is important to read them, and follow the steps to avoid any delays in receiving your reimbursement. Thanks y'all ✨

Important notice from Gate: 1. 🫶 people power - half of the lead team is fallen sick and not able to attend, so we are in need for lovely Burners to step in to help on thursday in the first and last shift to welcome fellow burners 💫 and 2. secondly we need some tech help: we need two walkie talkies to take off some burden of the still standing half of the gate lead team to make some on call magic happen. so if you can spare two walkie talkies and can bring thel to gate today or tomorrow at 11am - that would be really awesome.

Please beware of scammers - they do exist! - Go to your payment confirmation email (with which you received your membership) and follow the link to change your order. - Enter the name (and email address) of the new ticketholder. - Please send us your membership ID, the new ticketholder name and email address to hamburn2025@gmail.com. The Membership Transfer Deadline is Friday, 24.10. (If you need to swap your membership after that deadline, please write us an email!)
