For what it's worth, I don't believe a thing Primal Kitchen is saying in an attempt to damage control UC Davis' findings that its avocado products are fraudulent. They are owned by Big Food for many years now, which has a very poor track record of transparency!

Another small healthy brand bought out by Big Food. Time to switch brands folks or make your own,!

Looks like the avocado oil manufacturers have copied the playbook from the fraudulent extra virgin olive oil industry. The way to circumvent their fraud is to buy single source direct from the producer

Adding fuel to that fire...just found out that the same group at UC Davis that has just blown the lid off the avocado oil scam tested 22 brands of avocado oil in 2020 and only three were authentic!! This study was not as widely seen and shared as this new one

Could this be why so much of the avocado oil on the market doesn't test well when practitioners muscle test their patients with it? Because the avocado oil is fake?

Vetting a company once is not enough. Buyouts affect quality and transparency considerably. You cannot trust the label alone. It's a good starting point, but you must investigate the ownership as well! Even if the label looks perfect, if the company is owned by Big Food or private equity, there is almost certainly some deception either with the transparency of ingredients or the manufacturing process. Do not support these companies!

When companies get bought out, find another brand that is not BlackRock controlled!
