  • Do you guys even know about Stetson University? Most people don’t. But I’ve talked to students from Nigeria, Egypt and Kenya who go there, and their experience is actually solid. Here’s the reality: • They offer strong scholarships for international students • Some students get close to full ride covered • The campus, support, and opportunities are legit But don’t misunderstand this: It’s not automatically a full ride What matters most? 👉 Applying early 👉 Having a strong profile Every single person I spoke to said the same thing: “If you apply late, your chances drop a lot.” There are a lot of schools like this that people ignore. I’ll start sharing more of them.

  • I am thrilled to share that I've been chosen to take part in the 2024 Insight Series at Goldman Sachs! This immersive 4-week program is a golden opportunity for me to learn directly from the sharpest minds at the firm, delving deep into the realms of Investment Banking and the expansive financial landscape. I owe a heartfelt thank you to almighty God who has brought me to this moment and all my mentors and friends to their unwavering support. This chance means the world to me, and I am eager to seize it with both hands. It's moments like these that fuel my passion and drive to carve a successful path in the finance industry. #GoldmanSachsInsightSeries #CareerGrowth #PassionDrivenSuccess @Infinitescholars

  • Avoid people who don't wish you success 🗣 You learn from your failure and WINS. Failures are like teachers, they teach us to be strong and resilient. Whenever I fail, I am happy because at least I tried to do something and I know it will work out if I put all my effort into it. But certainly the biggest lessons also come from your wins. When you win, people try to comfort themselves by saying that it was a good luck or there was someone else who made it for you. Try to observe people around you and you will realize that you were surrounded by toxic people who pray for your downfall. Never hang out with them, never talk to them, never believe in them. Shut that noise at all cost and try to keep a distance from those toxic people. It's crazy sometimes to see that best friends turn out to be your enemy and it stings when you understand that they were competing with you instead of supporting. Note: Always choose your friends wisely

  • University of Pennsylvania🌪️✅

  • I do believe in having our own timelines, but sometimes, I just wish I wasn't surrounded by a bunch of overachievers in life. Because no matter how hard I try to think of it differently, I always end up feeling sorry for myself. I always end up apologizing for even comparing, but it's just so hard not to when you know you're also giving it your all. That you didn't just sit there and waited for luck to rain, yet here you are and there they are. At night, I take refuge in knowing that the stars heard all of my frustrations. All my silent cries, and that little wish that if all the things that I ever dreamed of just aren't written for me, I hope to find the courage to accept it with an open heart, and dream again. -tg.library @Infinitescholars🧗‍♀️✍🏼

  • Highest level of multitasking. In this picture, the student is listening to the lecture and playing a game while also watching a football game. In the left side of the screen you can see the notes that were taken during the lecture😂 Do you think multitasking is productive/useful ? Should I write a post about it ?👇

  • When it feels scary to jump in, that’s exactly when you jump. My friend Vinicius, he is an international student just like me. The story how he ended up at Whitman is very different. He was in his hometown são paulo trying to get his SAT/IELTS scores high and he kind of failed. He said, he used to cry in his prayers saying “God I know I am not that smart, but I want to improve in life and help my community.” The fact that he got in with just half scholarship and he still barely managed to pay the tuition with the help of his parents is pretty impressive. What’s more, he has to get into program that he wants to apply and for that he has to get higher GPA. But the issue is, he never saw lecture topics before, as he didn’t do AP, IB or any A levels. Hearing that story with a sip of coffee in my mouth, I realized that if God wants you to be here then no one can stop you. I was assured that everything is written already and we just need to pray and ask. Moreover, when God gives you hardships, it is for a reason and he wants you to be better. I learned to not to be scared from failures, and to just try to the best of my abilities. Side note for men: Every day is a war. As you gradually proceed to adulthood you will get a problem every day. Every day somebody will try to take what you built and it’s every day when you get up. @Infinitescholars ✍🏼

  • Only 3hrs left! Good luck y’all!! @Infinitescholars +

  • First day of College in the USA🇺🇸🏫 It's August 16th and I finally woke up in front of my dream. Because of the time zone, I felt a bit sleepy but who cares :) I wash my face I do wudu. After the prayer I went to the dining hall for the first time. On my way, I saw big buildings and ironically I was kinda the only person taking pictures of everything. Honestly, I was very hyped out. I was amazed by the people I met, by the buildings I saw, it just felt different. I am in the dining hall now. The food at first looked very good with various options available. I'm done with eating, now I gotta go discover the whole campus. I first went to the trail (famous place where people walk) I saw the lights and just by standing there for 10 minutes made me think so deeply. I said to myself, I know it's gonna be hard, nobody told you it will be easy and now you just have to keep up. I met my roommate, and he showed me some parts of the campus. For me, it was double work, I had to turn on that 2x mode in order to catch up both with the content of the course, coming here I didn’t have college credits or IB/AP/Cambridge A levels and of course with social life. Also, I didn't know where my classes are at, I always asked random people on streets about building names until I got used to it. Wanna now more about my experience as an international student ? put + in the comments 👇 @Infinitescholars ✍🏼

  • People give me credit for a lot of things I don't deserve. They say I'm strong, but I just kind of had to be. They only see me in my armor, never knowing I'm trembling inside it. They only hear the "yes" but never the "NO" my heart screams over and over. They say I'm fluent in silence, but I just can't find the courage to let the words out. I long for funny conversations, too, or even deep ones while sitting under the moonlight. I love listening to people when they talk about the things they're so passionate about. Their eyes always shine. People give me credit for a lot of things I don't deserve, but if there's one thing they got right, it's when they tell me I'm a dreamer. I really am. And I know I can take whatever life throws my way, put on a mask if I have to, pretend to be strong and fluent in silence if I need to, but I hope that one day, I can just sit under the moonlight, look at the stars, and tell them a lot of things didn't turn out the way I wanted, but it was all worth it, anyway. tg_writes✍🏼 @Infinitescholars

  • Don't read if you are not studying abroad 👇 Not a motivation at all, just few words that I think needs to be shared with other's who are struggling just like me. I know it's hard and depressing. I feel the same bro🫂, we are in the same wavelength. We have 100 of reasons to quit but we still keep trying while knowing that we can fail. You may say, I have neither relatives nor parents covering my back but guess what, my roommate left me in the middle of the semester and I feel deserted. I know you are at a point where you are rethinking your life decisions and possibly thinking to drop that calculus course that you took or maybe drop the university as whole but I think we might need some time. Just give it some time, maybe it will eventually get better. You feel miserable ? it's fine, we were supposed to be that way it's all written even before we were born. You think you are failing at everything ? you are not unless you are staying firm to your decision. Stop overthinking about your future, you can't stop anything that is written but the only way is praying. Get close to God, to your lord and deeply ask for a help. Especially, you have no one to help you out except God, so why don't you just sit and ask the creator of heavens. (These advice applies to me too) I know you can't tell those problems to your parents, but the comment section is the safest place for you to leave your story in order to come back and say, I used to say this and laugh. Feel free to the hardships that you are facing and heal yourself 🫂 We got this homie... @Infinitescholars
