  • WE'RE DOING SOMETHING WE VERY RARELY DO... SO YOU'LL WANT TO PAY ATTENTION. 👀 To celebrate the summer, we're opening a limited number of heavily discounted places on our Blockchain & OSINT Certification Programme. These are the biggest discounts we'll offer this summer: 🎓 First 10 places: 80% OFF (next 48 hours only) 🎓 Next 10 places: 60% OFF (until Friday, midnight UK) 🎓 Final 10 places: 40% OFF (until Sunday, midnight UK) This offer includes both our Level 1 and Level 2 Certification programmes. Over the last year, hundreds of investigators, analysts and professionals have completed IOC training, learning practical blockchain investigation techniques they can apply immediately in the real world. Whether you're in compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, or you're looking to break into crypto investigations, this is the best opportunity you'll have this summer to join the programme. Once the discounted places are gone, standard pricing returns. If you'd like the details, leave the comment 'Interested' using the link at the bottom of this post

  • Last week, Intelligence On Chain had the opportunity to deliver a bespoke 2-hour blockchain intelligence training session for Merseyside Police. We're proud to support law enforcement by equipping officers with the knowledge and practical skills needed to investigate blockchain-related activity and contribute to safer communities. During the session, we explored how blockchain data can be analysed effectively, including techniques for distinguishing aliases from wallet addresses and developing an investigative mindset when working with on-chain intelligence. As digital assets continue to play a role in modern investigations, building these capabilities is becoming increasingly important for law enforcement agencies. We look forward to continuing to support organisations with practical, intelligence-led blockchain investigation training.

  • The tool is only as good as the investigator using it. That’s the principle behind every course we build. The feedback we’ve received recently has been incredible, and I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who has taken the time to share their experience. But one theme keeps appearing… “This feels different.” Why? Because we don’t teach people to rely on a single platform. We focus on the fundamentals: → investigative mindset → pattern recognition → understanding the data → knowing why you’re making a decision Tools change. Good investigators adapt. If you’re serious about developing your cryptocurrency investigation skills, Comment below and enquire about our latest offer. I may have a little discount code available 👀

  • 🚨 HOW TO START A CRYPTO INVESTIGATION 🚨 Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MfHYhsXWrog In this video, we walk through the early stages of a crypto investigation and show you how investigators trace digital footprints across wallets, domains, phone numbers, and blockchain activity. Using industry-leading tools like: OSINT Industries - https://osint.industries MetaSleuth - https://metasleuth.io Arkham Intel - https://intel.arkm.com …we demonstrate how publicly available information can connect seemingly anonymous activity to real-world identities. 🔎 During the investigation, we uncovered: - Crypto wallet activity - Associated domains - Phone numbers - Potential identifying information 🔎 MetaSleuth Investigation Chart: https://metasleuth.io/result/bsc/0x5eca2df3d5fe2de6a97b86d3dad43aaff4905e2f989dc461a9781795f8a1ea15?source=6d6ebe9e-7032-4b2f-8387-8b2a14765486

  • It's seems to be a series of seed phrase compromises. You can see here the connection between all victims form. One victim 'JasonBTC888' (shown in yellow) had up to 16 wallets drained! Attacker in red in the middle

  • We’re rethinking our entire model - and I’d really value your input. For a long time, people have come to us for help with serious, often difficult situations. And like many services in this space, we’ve charged for that work. But the more we’ve done it, the more something hasn’t sat right: The people who need help the most are often the ones least able to afford it. So we’re exploring a different approach. 👉 What if investigations were free for victims 👉 And instead funded by the community - through courses, memberships, and shared knowledge? The idea is simple: Those who can contribute, make it possible for those who can’t. But this only works if it’s built with the community - not just for it. So before we move forward, I want to open this up: • Would you support a model like this? • What would make a membership or course genuinely valuable to you? • What would you want to see in return for supporting real investigations? And there’s one more thing. If we do this properly, it feels like more than just a pricing change - it feels like a new chapter. So I’m considering renaming the business to reflect that shift. For those who choose to contribute early (whether through feedback, ideas, or early support), I’d love to open up the opportunity for you to help shape that - potentially even naming it. This isn’t finalised. It’s something I’ve been thinking about for 5 years, and want to get right! Appreciate any thoughts, ideas, or even challenges to this. 👇 Submit your response: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfoalUFtMhzgxft2ELlDQFd-hK3QVJdlh4WGUjmjK_4mubAFA/viewform?usp=header

  • TRACING CRYPTO LAUNDERING NETWORKS: A PRACTICAL CASE STUDY We’ve just released the latest Crypto Tracing Challenge solution, focused on identifying and deconstructing a laundering network operating through privacy infrastructure. This case study demonstrates how two seemingly isolated transactions can be used as entry points to uncover a broader laundering ecosystem. By applying structured tracing methodologies, it becomes possible to map flows across multiple layers, including mixers and automated exchange services. February Crypto Tracing Challenge The analysis begins with two Ethereum transactions withdrawn from Tornado Cash: 0xddbedd32fbfc469328986d6c2d2aea76d6506a285acf027928a5a1e0020fc6ba 0xfedade8c27e3f0c13464254b174d105a5fd1edd1a6e8e05b5b85cbf493a51385 From these starting points, the objective is to identify the full laundering pathway. Key Investigative Questions What is the total volume (in ETH) withdrawn from Tornado Cash across the entire laundering flow? How many deposit addresses are utilized to move funds through automated, non-custodial instant exchanges? This challenge is designed to reflect real-world investigative scenarios, requiring a combination of blockchain analytics, pattern recognition, and financial reasoning. For professionals working in financial crime investigations, litigation, asset recovery, or forensic accounting, this exercise offers a practical opportunity to sharpen tracing techniques in a controlled environment. Interested in participating in future challenges? You can join via The Bureau (accessible through our Linktree), complete verification, and assign yourself the challenge role. If you require assistance, support is available via ticket.
