  • Soldier’s Tree – Newbury 3:02 Strong Royal Ascot form and looks well placed to go one better here. Widely regarded as one of the day’s strongest favourites. Persica – Newbury 1:55 Consistent at Listed level and expected to take the Steventon Stakes if reproducing recent form. Wilde And Dandy – Doncaster 7:15 Course-and-distance specialist who returns to ideal conditions and has been put forward as a leading nap by Racing Post. Suggested bet: Win treble: Persica + Soldier’s Tree + Wilde And Dandy.

  • Counter Intuitive – Newmarket Bet: Win Progressive filly who impressed over 1m4f last time and looks capable of following up if handling the rise in class. Sir Garfield – Hamilton Bet: Win A proven course-and-distance performer who has returned to form this season and should be very competitive again. High Degree – Newmarket Bet: Each-way Has been knocking on the door in stronger company and could offer good value if the market focuses elsewhere.

  • The good buscuit wins

  • South Shore – 4:40 Catterick (Win) Arrives seeking a hat-trick after two impressive wins and has been highlighted as one of the strongest bets on today’s card despite a penalty. My Friend Sean – 4:18 Uttoxeter (Win) Has an excellent record at the track and is expected to be very competitive in today’s conditions. Henley On Thames – 6:10 Yarmouth (Win) Ran well last time and is expected to improve on quicker ground, making it a solid evening selection. If you’re looking for a bit more value, an each-way alternative is: The Good Biscuit – 3:40 Catterick (Each-Way), a consistent performer with a good record at the track.

  • Division – 4:35 Newmarket (July Cup) – Win Ran an excellent race in the Commonwealth Cup and is well drawn for today’s conditions. Several tipsters have made this their best bet of the day. King Of Light – 2:27 Ascot – Win An improving performer with strong recent form and well suited by today’s race setup. Raammee – 3:45 York (John Smith’s Cup) – Each-way A progressive handicapper who still looks capable of improving and appeals as a solid each-way value bet. Suggested bets: Win double: Division + King Of Light Each-way single: Raammee

  • Precise – 3:35 Newmarket (Falmouth Stakes) – Win Aidan O’Brien’s filly arrives after top-class Group 1 performances and looks the one they all have to beat in today’s feature race. Spicy Marg – 2:45 York – Win Drops from Group 1 company after an excellent second at Royal Ascot and looks very well placed back at Group 3 level. Wine Dark Sea – 3:00 Newmarket – Win Chasing a hat-trick after two dominant victories and has conditions to suit again

  • Just Typical – 8:11 Chepstow (Win) Drops back to an ideal 7f after a solid effort in stronger company. Looks well handicapped and should be finishing strongly. Finn Ironside – 8:55 Kempton (Win) Has been running consistently and now drops to a workable mark. Kempton’s surface should suit and this looks a good opportunity. Chester Nimitz – 8:30 Fairyhouse (Each-way) First run for a new stable after some encouraging performances in better races. Drops in class and weight, making him an appealing value bet.

  • Here are three selections for today’s UK racing (Monday, 6 July): Worlington – 3:45 Lingfield (Win) A progressive stayer who impressed on his latest start. The step up in trip looks a positive, and several leading tipsters have made him their NAP of the day. Vietnorm – 8:15 Ripon (Win) Has an excellent profile for this track and remains unbeaten racing right-handed. Looks well placed to continue that record. Rousing Encore – 4:30 Ayr (Each-way) Consistent sprinter with a strong record at Ayr. Can bounce back after a forgivable run last time and looks solid each-way value.

  • Here are three horses I’d consider for Saturday, 4 July: Constitution River – 3:35 Sandown (Coral-Eclipse) A high-class three-year-old who has been strongly supported after an impressive French Derby victory. He looks the one they all have to beat in today’s feature race. Words Of Truth – 1:50 Sandown Progressive sprinter who impressed over this course recently. Conditions look to suit, and several tipsters have him as one of the day’s strongest selections. Beagle Bay – 2:25 Sandown Consistent performer from a top yard who has been improving with each run. Draw and current form suggest another big effort. Suggested bets: Win treble: Words Of Truth + Beagle Bay + Constitution River. If you prefer a safer option, back Constitution River as a single win bet and combine the other two in a double.

  • these are the two bets I’d be most confident in: Spain to win & Under 3.5 Goals – Spain have been defensively excellent in the tournament, conceding very few chances, and knockout matches are often tighter than group games. This covers likely scorelines such as 1-0, 2-0 or 2-1. Lamine Yamal anytime goalscorer – He’s one of Spain’s biggest attacking threats and is expected to be heavily involved if Spain dominate possession and create chances.

  • For tonight’s evening cards, these are my two strongest selections: Gold Star Gazing – 5:33 Kempton (Win) Consistent recent form and looks well suited by the return to this trip. Comes from a yard that does well with progressive three-year-olds. Widely put forward as one of the strongest bets on the card today. Balon D’Or – 8:53 Kempton (Each-Way) Has been running better than recent finishing positions suggest. Drops into a race where the handicap mark gives him a solid chance of hitting the frame at attractive odds. Appeals as the value play of the evening.

  • 3/1 winner

  • Here are my three selections for today’s UK racing (Tuesday, 30 June), balancing recent form, conditions, and expert consensus: Dark Sovereign – 5:10 Salisbury ⭐ Best Bet Strong recent form and expected to improve now stepping up to 1 mile. Widely tipped as one of the day’s standout selections. King Of War – 3:13 Brighton Won over course and distance last time and looks capable of following up despite a penalty. Proven around Brighton’s unique track. Treasurer – 3:07 Salisbury Ran with credit in stronger company at Royal Ascot and now drops into a more suitable race. Looks well placed to bounce back. Suggested bets: Win Single: Dark Sovereign Each-way: Treasurer (if 5/1 or bigger) Lucky 15: All three selections plus a banker on Dark Sovereign.

  • Pontefract 3:30 – Desert Flower (Win) A well-bred filly from a yard that does well with improving three-year-olds. This looks a suitable novice event, and the step up in experience could make the difference if she builds on her debut. Pontefract 4:00 – Thunder Wonder (Each-way) Pontefract’s stiff finish should suit this runner, who has been staying on well in recent starts. If the pace is strong, it has a solid chance of finishing in the places. Windsor 7:00 – River Falcon (Win) Windsor often rewards prominent racers, and this horse has the profile of one that can dictate or sit close to the pace. Recent form suggests another bold effort is likely.

  • 2/3 winners

  • Purview – 3:20 Curragh This lightly raced runner has been improving steadily and shaped well on its latest start. The step into Group 3 company looks manageable, and today’s conditions should suit. Benvenuto Cellini – 4:35 Curragh (Irish Derby) A progressive colt from a top yard who has already shown high-class form. If building on that latest performance, he has a major chance in the feature race. Shalaa Asker – 5:03 Wolverhampton (NAP) An all-weather specialist who won well last time and remains well treated by the handicapper. This looks like another excellent opportunity. Suggested bets: ✅ Win: Shalaa Asker ✅ Win: Purview ✅ Each-way: Benvenuto Cellini

  • Never So Brave – 2:58 Newcastle (Criterion Stakes) WIN A class performer who drops into a race that looks well within reach. Expected to bounce back after a forgivable latest run and is widely considered one of the strongest bets on the televised card. Zanndabad – 3:15 Newcastle (Northumberland Plate) Each-Way Stays extremely well and has been targeted at this valuable handicap. The marathon trip should suit, making him a solid each-way proposition. Sun Goddess – 3:20 Curragh WIN Ran an excellent race at Royal Ascot and looks capable of taking another step forward for the powerful stable. Thundering On – 3:55 Curragh (Pretty Polly Stakes) WIN Progressive filly with Group 1 credentials who arrives in top form and looks the one to beat in the feature race. Lucky 15: Never So Brave, Zanndabad (EW), Sun Goddess, Thundering On.
