Notice Regarding Research Thesis Submission 1. Print your research thesis, obtain your advisor’s signature, and ensure it is properly stamped. 2. Print the attached research grade form, have your advisor complete and sign it, then place it in an envelope. The envelope must be sealed and stamped across the seal. Submit both the sealed envelope and the signed thesis to school of medicine. All students are required to submit the signed research thesis and the signed and stamped research grade form WITHIN 3 DAYS after taking the Exit Examination. With regards,

Notice to All Medical Interns Graduation Criteria All students must fulfill the following requirements for graduation: 1. Successfully pass all courses. 2. Obtain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.00. 3. Achieve a minimum grade of C in all courses. 4. Successfully pass the Comprehensive Community Health Examination. 5. Successfully pass the Exit Examination. 6. Successfully complete and pass two major attachments. 7. Submit and successfully pass the research thesis. 8. Successfully complete and pass the Team Training Program (TTP).
