✏️Where's the Summer Batch? Where's the Summer Batch?! 👀 We feel like we owe you a little explanation. The Summer fursona acrylic keychains batch ended up being a bit delayed, and since we'll be opening commissions again in about 2 weeks, we didn't want anyone to get confused about why the previous batch hasn't appeared on our social media yet. 💙 Yes — we're still working on it! Every customer has been kept fully updated throughout the entire process and knows exactly what's happening with their commission. We always share every important update, photos, and any information we receive from our manufacturer. So, for everyone else who's been wondering... here's a little behind-the-scenes look at what actually happens during production and why delays can sometimes occur. This is probably the biggest behind-the-scenes reveal of our workflow we've ever shared. We believe that being open, honest, and transparent helps everyone better understand how custom manufacturing really works ❤️ The good news is that every batch is planned separately from the ground up. So even though this one experienced some delays, we don't expect them to carry over like a domino effect into our next commission batch

✏️Important Announcement Regarding Fursona Acrylic Keychain Commissions (PLEASE READ) ✔️ From now on, all customers will receive 10 keychains already included in the commission price!! (instead of 5) ~ Starting with future batches, commission prices will increase slightly (+€5 per project type). This change is due to an update in our manufacturer's policy. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) has increased significantly, which means we're no longer able to place very small orders To keep our commissions as affordable as possible while maintaining the same product quality, we've decided to increase the number of keychains included with each order instead. ✏️ Please keep in mind: • Additional keychain prices remain unchanged. • Since the MOQ is now 20 pieces, private projects will also require a minimum order quantity of 20 keychains. 😊 Last but not least — RESTOCKS! The minimum restock quantity for your design is now 20 keychains. The rules remain the same as before: Restock fee: €10 + the cost of the keychains Example: €10 (restock fee) + €20 (€1 per keychain* × 20 keychains) = €30 * Keychain prices are the same as when ordering additional keychains during your original commission. ___________ We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, these changes are beyond our control, but this is the best solution we could find to maintain the quality of our products while keeping our commissions affordable. Please remember that we always do our best to price our acrylic keychain commissions fairly.
