His parents and his boyfriend identified him in the footage, and he identified himself in one of his own confessions. Then he turned himself in. His car, his gun, his DNA, and his phone's Google Maps data all place him at the scene. He described exactly how the murder weapon was hidden — wrapped in a towel in the bushes — in texts to his boyfriend, before that detail was ever public. The list goes on. In ten months, the defense hasn't challenged any of it. If the confessions were fake, that's exactly how they'd have gotten this case thrown out. Thank you, too, for the Dairy Queen photo from that evening — showing his face in the same white-logo Hurley hat he's seen wearing on campus, a few minutes from where Charlie was shot. Ten months spent defending Charlie's accused killer, and slandering his wife, his friends, and his organization while making millions lying about his murder — and you finally produced real evidence.
