Job Vacancy for Enterprise NOC Engineer L1, this vacancy is only for People residing in Kuwait , Experience: • 0–2 years’ experience in NOC, Service Desk, Technical Support, or Network Support • Experience in a telecom operator or ISP environment is an advantage Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in network engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent Skills Technical Skills: • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching • Understanding of MPLS, VPN, Internet, and enterprise data services • Ability to perform first-level troubleshooting (ping, traceroute, service checks) • Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems Soft Skills: • Good verbal and written communication skills • Customer-oriented mindset • Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment • Strong documentation and coordination skills Certification Requirement • Preferred CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, Network+, or equivalent • ITIL Foundation is an advantage Job Role / Responsibilities: • 24/7 monitoring of enterprise network services • Handle incidents, alarms, and service requests • Perform First Action troubleshooting within SLA timelines • Log, update, and maintain accurate tickets • Escalate cases to L2/L3/Field teams with clear technical details • Provide timely customer updates and follow-ups • Ensure SLA/OLA compliance and proper case closure • Perform effective shift handover and case ownership Please forward your CV to: hr@mada.com.kw and mention Job title in Subject.
