The role involves verifying data integrity, processing reports, and supporting teams in data-related needs. The position requires strong attention to detail and a high degree of organization to ensure data quality and security. Duties & Responsibilities Accurately Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems. Perform data verification and cleanup to remove duplicates and correct errors, maintaining the integrity of the database. Familiarity with data processing software and tools to effectively perform data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks. Generate and distribute reports based on data analysis, providing insights and summaries for other departments to utilize. Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes and policies. Collaborate with team members to identify data discrepancies and resolve issues. Ensure data confidentiality and security standards are adhered to. Perform quality checks on data and provide feedback for improvement. Support project management tasks as required, including documentation and reporting. Solve practical problems and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral, diagram, or schedule form. Editing and re-arranging information, including highlighting parts of the text, moving paragraphs from one page to another, and formatting information into columns. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Leveraged computer science principles to optimize data processing, storage, and retrieval, boosting efficiency in data operations. Proven experience in data entry or data processing roles, preferably in an IT environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication English skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of relevant computer applications and programs.
