Молодёжь Таджикистана станет соорганизатором климатической конференции в Самарканде С 4 по 6 сентября в Самарканде пройдет Третья региональная молодёжная климатическая конференция RCOY Central Asia 2026. Её главная тема — «Молодёжь Центральной Азии за водную безопасность и климатическую справедливость». Ожидается участие около 100 молодых делегатов из Таджикистана, Казахстана, Кыргызстана, Узбекистана, Туркменистана, Монголии, Афганистана, а также Азербайджана и Турции. По итогам конференции участники подготовят региональное заявление и план действий для Конференции ООН по изменению климата (COP31) с предложениями по сохранению ледников и управлению водными ресурсами. Соорганизатором и координатором от Таджикистана выступает Сеть «Молодёжь Таджикистана за воду и климат» (Y4WC Network). 🌱 RCOY Central Asia 2026 — Delegate Application // Central Asia Youth for Water Security and Climate Justice September 4–6, 2026 Samarkand, Uzbekistan ✅ We are looking for the region's most engaged young climate and water leaders. You must meet all the following criteria to apply: • Age & Citizenship: 16–30 years old, holding citizenship of Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan. • Expertise: Demonstrated experience in climate action, water governance, environmental policy, or youth advocacy. • Language: Working proficiency in English. • Commitment: Mandatory full attendance for all three days. 👉 Funding: Competitive full-funding quotas (covering travel, accommodation, and meals) are available for selected in-person delegates. 🌲 2026 EaP Youth Climate Leadership School // We are thrilled to announce a series of enlightening webinars designed to deepen your understanding of critical topics at COP31. Join us to explore a range of issues from the role of youth in climate action to the importance of security and indigenous perspectives. All webinars and networking sessions will start at 14:30 CET (18:30 GMT+5) Upon completion of at least 3 new webinars (participation) and 2 assignments (if you have a 2024 certificate), or at least 3 new webinars, 2 new assignments, and 4 assignments from the previous cohort (if you are joining for the first time), participants will receive a Certificate of Participation. Additionally, participants will gain invaluable insights and the opportunity to connect with young leaders from the EECCA region. Special for Citizens of EaP Countries: If you are a citizen of an Eastern Partnership (EaP) country and under 35, don't miss the chance to compete for a fully-funded opportunity to attend COP31 in Turkey. The selected participant will have all expenses covered including subsistence, travel, and accommodation for the duration of 7 days.  EaP countries include: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine. Activists from Central Asia and other EECCA countries are welcome to participate in the webinars and receive a certificate, but are not eligible for the fully-funded opportunity to attend COP31. 🌎 Call for Applications for the ACE Hub Youth Event // 4th-6th June 2026 Bonn, Germany The objective of the Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE) Hub is to increase public support to, and engagement in, climate action activities that can help accelerate the implementation of the Paris Agreement across all sectors of society. The ACE Hub also includes a range of activities to support the implementation of the Glasgow work programme on ACE and its four-year action plan, such as providing capacity building, tools and knowledge to governments and other stakeholders across the world, so that they can better engage the public, including young people, in climate action. Children and Youth are a special focus of the ACE Hub and activities dedicated to supporting meaningful youth engagement will also be delivered, including regional youth dialogues and an ACE Hub youth event which will take place in Bonn, Germany to increase awareness, education and participation in climate action. 🌿 Центрально-Азиатская онлайн-школа молодёжного экоактивизма — Tereshkevich School 2026 // Экофорум Казахстана готовит запуск третьего потока Центрально-Азиатской онлайн-школы молодёжного экоактивизма имени Дмитрия Терешкевича. Формат и расписание: Онлайн-сессии стартуют 25 февраля и будут проходить каждую среду в 17:00 по времени Астаны, Ашхабада, Душанбе и Ташкента (18:00 — Бишкек).
