Cashout Reminder Hi Driver Partners! Learn the tips and tricks on how to cashout and how to avoid cashout rejection. - The cash out period is from Monday to Sunday, before 2330hrs. - You will receive the cash out on the following Wednesday, by end of the day. - Cash out password is the same as your login password. ❗️How do I avoid cashout rejection? - Ensure that your Wallet Balance remains positive. If your wallet is negative balance, the system will auto-reject your cash out request. - Ensure that your bank details are entered correctly before you submit the cash out request. Do not accept orders requesting to deposit or purchase items with high amount of tips. 2. Do not accept orders requesting top up, transfer or bill payments for customers 3. Do not trust high amount tips offered by customers 4. Look out for excessive use of additional services 5. Keep a lookout for usage of foreign numbers when contacting order users ❗️Always ensure that the customer has transferred the total purchase amount to you beforehand. ❗️❗️If customer refuses to transfer the purchase amount, kindly cancel the order and inform our Live Agents via the Live Chat function to highlight the issue.
