This isn't a decision I've come to lightly. It's been forged in the crucible of self-reflection and tempered by the realities of a demanding market. Legion Ventures was born from a fire, a desire to champion the bold, the disruptive, the ones who dared to dream differently. We sought to be more than just capital; we aimed to be partners, mentors, and fellow warriors on the battlefield of innovation. And for a time, we fought the good fight. We celebrated victories, learned from setbacks, and always, always strived to push the boundaries of what was possible. However, the relentless pace and inherent pressures of this industry, coupled with a market that has grown increasingly challenging, have taken their toll. Frankly, the fire that fueled me for so long has begun to dwindle. My mental health, something I have long championed for others, needs to become my priority. The truth is, building a venture firm from the ground up, navigating turbulent market conditions, and constantly striving to live up to the expectations I set for myself and Legion Ventures – it's been a burden that I can no longer bear alone. This is not a failure, but a necessary evolution. It's a recognition that sometimes, the bravest thing a warrior can do is to lay down their sword and tend to their own wounds. It's time for me to step back, to recharge, and to rediscover the balance that has been lost along the way. I am immensely grateful to the incredible team at Legion Ventures, who poured their hearts and souls into this endeavor. Your dedication, resilience, and unwavering belief in our mission have been the driving force behind everything we’ve achieved. You are the best, and the toughest soldiers I've ever fought with. To our portfolio companies, thank you for entrusting us with your dreams. It has been an honor to witness your growth, your tenacity, and your unwavering commitment to building something meaningful. Continue to fight the good fight. We will be working closely with each of you over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition and provide any support we can. Finally, to our investors, partners, and the broader ecosystem, thank you for your support, your trust, and your belief in our vision. Important Changes: Monthly distribution of tokens will continue as before. A complete handover and transfer has been finalized to a new team ( @Ben @Sayid Jarrah ) that will continue to process the remaining distributions. ⁠🤝│support tickets will be processed as before by the new team. All services, channels, and platforms will remain online until at least the end of the year. There will be no new investments. This is not the end of my journey, but the beginning of a new chapter. I don't know exactly what the future holds, but I know that I will emerge from this period stronger, wiser, and more committed than ever to living a life of purpose. For now, that purpose requires rest, reflection, and a renewed focus on my well-being.
