اصبروا: Be patient 🤍 حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - يَعْنِي الدَّرَاوَرْدِيَّ - عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ الدُّنْيَا سِجْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَجَنَّةُ الْكَافِرِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The world is a prison-house for a believer and Paradise for a non-believer Sahih Muslim 2956 #ArabicJourneywithMuslimah

Arabic Journal Week 3: My Daily Habits عاداتِي اليَوْمِيّة 📝 Helper words are attached in the image Basic sentence example لِي عاداتٌ يَوْمِيّة أُحاوِلُ المُحافَظَةَ عَلَيْها. في الصّباح أَشْرَبُ ماءً ثُمَّ أَقْرَأُ لِدَقائقَ قَليلَة. بَعْدَ ذلِكَ أَتَمَشّى قَليلًا فِي البَيْت لِتَنْشِيطِ جَسَدِي، ثُمَّ أُمارِسُ كِتابَةَ بَعْضِ المُلاحَظات. قَبْلَ العَمَل، أُرَتِّبُ مَكانِي، ثُمَّ أَبْدَأُ أَعْمَلُ بِهُدوء. وَفي نِهايَةِ اليَوْم أُشاهِدُ شَيْئًا خَفيفًا لِلإِسْتِرْخاءِ. Translation: I have daily habits that I try to maintain. In the morning, I drink water and then read for a few minutes. After that, I take a short walk at home to energize my body, then I practice writing some notes. Before working, I tidy my space and then I start working calmly.
