Fun news: My partner and my mom both got me something for my birthday this month (the 15th) so that's something cool to look forward to! :3 dunno what it is, but that's the fun of it!

Random but ingenious thought: Have you ever thought to use the frozen ice pops in those plastic tubes that have the sharp sides, breaking them into smaller pieces and using them as your ice cubes for drinks/ water/ sparkling soda? Anything to help cool down in this damn heat 🥵 🫠

So an update: After talking with my talk counselor, she personally made sure that my medicine would be ready to be picked up today 🥹 I'm also trying a new sleep medication, seraquil (not sure if that's what it's spelt), and she gave me some homework in regards to self compassion. I did a couple of questionnaires in regards to my anxiety and depression, and compared from what I said back in April to today before talking with her, the points were alarmingly higher because of not having my medication in June, plus withdrawal symptoms. But, thankfully that all changes today once I get my medication this afternoon. I honestly call it a huge relief

Mental health isn't going as well as id like it to be right now 😔 Hopefully my talk counselor can help me figure what I should do about it.
