Inspired by Freedom 250 and the foundational values of American independence and heritage, these young leaders have spent weeks diving deep into what cross-border collaboration truly means. 🎓 Another Graduation Celebration | Business English Virtual Training ****** Congratulations to our participants from Mekelle American Corner and participants from the other AS in the country on successfully completing the eight-week intensive Virtual Business English Training organized by the U.S. Embassy Addis Ababa in collaboration with Julia Mars, a U.S. university English language educator . The program brought together aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs from Mekelle, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Dire Dawa, and Addis Ababa to strengthen their Business English communication skills. The graduation and certificate award ceremony was officiated by HE. Wesley Holzer, Public Diplomacy Officer at U.S. Embassy Addis Ababa. 🎓 Congratulations to Our College Prep Graduates!🎉 In collaboration with the U.S. Embassy Addis Ababa, the Mekelle American Corner has successfully concluded its "Virtual English Language Program for College Essay Writing and TOEFL Readiness," instructed by Dr. Hend Ghouma. This training aimed to enhance students' English proficiency and sharpen their essay-writing skills for U.S. college admissions. Over 40 talented students participated from various schools across Mekelle, including Mercy, Nicholas, Atse Yohannes, Kallamino Special High School, and the Mekelle University Community School. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Hend Ghouma for her dedication and guidance. Special thanks also go to Mekelle University and the U.S. Embassy for hosting this initiative.
