⚒️ New Community Tool Live The Mina Telegram Wallet Bot is now live in the official Mina Telegram channel. Built by the community, for the community. You can create wallets linked to your Telegram, send & receive MINA tips, and set up wallet/validator alerts — all directly in chat. 👉 Head to the Mina Protocol Telegram and check the Announcements topic tab for details and setup info. Why this matters: This one-way test is the first major milestone before integrating AlignedLayer's technology for full bidirectional bridging. o1Labs Grant to Nori: Bi-Directional Bridge Between Ethereum and Mina The Nori team will complete the Nori bridge, enabling transactions from Ethereum (ETH) to Mina (MINA). Simultaneously, they will integrate the innovative work developed by Aligned into their infrastructure, facilitating a Mina-to-Ethereum bridge. o1Labs will provide grant funding and technical support. This collaboration will create a fully bi-directional bridge, enabling the movement of tokens and complex on-chain states—such as zk identities—between the two ecosystems. What’s Next? 🌉Nori Testnet: Progress is advancing well, with timelines to be announced by the Nori team. The initial focus will be on one-way bridging from ETH to Mina. 🌉Aligned Integration: Core technical work is complete. The next phase involves integrating Aligned’s technology into Nori’s platform, followed by internal testing and auditing before launching the bi-directional functionality. Mina Foundation H1 2025 Transparency Report The first half of 2025 was a period of strategic change, as the Mina Foundation transferred responsibility of core functions for Mina Protocol to o1Labs. o1Labs now owns engineering, marketing, community, grants, infrastructure and the delegation program, while the Mina Foundation is focusing only on developing and deploying a decentralized treasury, with community input. 👉See a recap of H1 2025, including key platform metrics, grants, protocol development and more: https://www.minafoundation.com/reports/h1-2025-transparency-report (Progress on key programs was temporarily impacted due to the transition work, as reflected in some of the H1 data.
