This summer feels completely different. For the first time in years, I’m truly enjoying the little things—going for walks, swimming, sunbathing, working out, meeting new people, and being genuinely interested in their stories. For so many years, I don’t think I allowed myself to appreciate moments like these. But now, something has changed. I finally feel happy. I’ve started valuing every single moment, and surprisingly, I’ve also fallen in love with being makeup-free and embracing my natural face. It feels liberating, authentic, and more like me than ever before 💚

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with sharing your energy, being generous, or caring deeply for someone. The most important thing is understanding who you’re choosing to give that energy to. Sometimes, in our search for love, connection, or understanding, we invest ourselves in people who simply don’t deserve it. It can take a lot of time, and it’s easy to see it as time wasted. But I don’t believe it truly is.
