People are tired, raw, restless, and done with things they used to tolerate. Relationships are shifting. Old identities are falling apart. Things that once felt important suddenly feel empty. A lot of people can feel that something has changed, even if they cannot explain exactly what it is. But I don’t believe all of this pressure means everything is going wrong. I think pressure reveals. It reveals what is real, what was built on fear, where we abandoned ourselves to keep the peace, and what simply cannot come with us anymore. That is why discernment matters so much right now. Not every headline deserves your fear. Not every argument deserves your energy. Not every crisis deserves permanent residence inside your nervous system. The world has become very good at hijacking attention. Fear gets clicks. Anger gets shares. Division keeps people staring at screens while life passes quietly behind them. There is a difference between being informed and being consumed. There is a difference between caring deeply and living in constant panic. Some of the strongest people in this next chapter will not be the loudest.
