1+1=2 ✖️ 1+1=11 ✅ That’s synergy
📚 Word of the Day: Synergy Synergy is when two or more people work together so effectively that they achieve far more than they ever could alone. A great teacher without hardworking students cannot produce outstanding results. Likewise, hardworking students without proper guidance often fall short. But when both give their best, success multiplies—that’s synergy. Teacher + Student ≠ 2. Teacher + Student = Something Greater. 📌 Nazir Rashidov
#thoughts Bari Allohga oson. Duo qilayotganingda kimdan so‘rayotganingni unutma. Sen oddiy bir insondan emas, Al-Malik — butun mulkning Egasi, osmonlar va yerning Hukmdoridan so‘rayapsan. Shuning uchun duolaringni qo‘rquv bilan kichraytirma. Ba’zan biz Allohning qudratini emas, o‘zimizning imkoniyatimizni o‘lchov qilib olamiz. Natijada esa qalbimiz istagan narsani emas, aqlimiz “mumkin” deb hisoblagan narsani so‘raymiz. Holbuki, Alloh uchun “katta” yoki “kichik” degan narsa yo‘q. Biz imkonsiz deb bilgan narsalar ham Uning “Bo‘l!” degan amri bilan mavjud bo‘ladi. Duo — faqat ehtiyojni aytish emas. Duo — Allohning qudratiga bo‘lgan ishonchning ifodasidir. Shunday ekan, kichik duo qilishdan emas, kichik ishonch bilan duo qilishdan qo‘rq. Don’t pray small. Pray with certainty, because you are asking Al-Malik. 📌 Nazir Rashidov

#thoughts Poyezdimiz yo’lga chiqgan. Har bekatda kimlar bilandir xayrlashyabman, lekin hanuz yo’l oxirigacha borishni xohlagan yo’lovchini uchratmadim. Insonlar orasidagi eng katta masofa metrlarda emas, dunyoqarash bir biridan qanchalik farq qilishi bilan belgilanar ekan. 📌 Nazir Rashidov

#thoughts «Albatta, har bir mashaqqat bilan birga yengillik bordir.» Bu hayotning eng taskin beruvchi haqiqatlaridan biridir. Og‘ir kunlar kelganda, ko‘pincha ularning hech qachon tugamasligiga ishonib qolamiz. Ammo hayot bizga qayta-qayta bir narsani isbotlaydi: hech bir qiyinchilik abadiy emas. Qiziq tomoni shundaki, inson aynan mashaqqat davrida o‘zini taniydi. Sabrining chegarasini, iymonining mustahkamligini va xarakterining asl qiyofasini aynan sinovlar ochib beradi. Yengil kunlar qulaylik beradi, qiyin kunlar esa insonni tarbiyalaydi. Ko‘pincha biz faqat natijani ko‘ramiz, ammo uning ortida qancha ko‘z yoshi, qancha sabr va qancha sukut bilan kurash bo‘lganini bilmaymiz. Shuning uchun ham birovning buguniga havas qilishdan oldin, uning kechagi mashaqqatlarini tasavvur qilish kerak. Agar bugun og‘ir davrni boshdan kechirayotgan bo‘lsang, uni oxiri yo‘q tunnel deb emas, seni kuchliroq insonga aylantirayotgan jarayon deb ko‘rishga harakat qil. Chunki yengillik mashaqqatdan keyin emas, u bilan birgadir. Uni ko‘ra olish uchun esa shikoyatdan ko‘ra sabr, umidsizlikdan ko‘ra tavakkul kerak bo‘ladi. 📌 Nazir Rashidov

#thoughts There are things in life that are simply out of your control. No matter how much you plan, pray, or prepare, some events will unfold exactly as Allah has written. Your duty is not to fight every current, but to recognize the waves that are beyond your reach and learn to let them pass. The more you wrestle with what is already decreed, the more exhausted you become. What you should do is simply let them be, accept them for what they are, and move on with your life. This world is full of deception. It pulls your eyes toward wealth, status, and appearances — making you believe these things define your worth. But in reality, they are nothing more than illusions wrapped in temporary beauty. Your physical surroundings, the things you own, even the people around you — they can all vanish in the blink of an eye. One moment you have them, the next moment they’re gone. And if your heart is chained to them, their loss will crush you. Everything here is momentary. Nothing lasts forever. Your youth will fade, your health will decline, your friends will part ways, and your possessions will eventually belong to someone else. Even your deepest pains and biggest joys — they all pass. That’s the nature of dunya: it gives you nothing permanent. The only thing that truly remains is what you did for the sake of Allah, because that is the only investment that carries beyond the grave. So why drown yourself in worry over what you cannot control? Why attach your soul to things that were never meant to last? If something leaves your life, let it go. If something breaks, accept it and move forward. Don’t allow the illusions of this temporary world to chain your heart. Anchor yourself to what is eternal: faith, good deeds, sincerity. That’s the only way to live free — unshaken by loss, unfazed by change, and unbroken by the deception of life. 📌 Nazir Rashidov
📚 Figurative use of hatchling The hatchlings tried to teach the eagle to fly.
A good reminder
📘 Word of the Day: Hatchling 🧠 Meaning: A hatchling is a young animal that has just come out of its egg, especially a bird, reptile, or fish. 🐣 Example: “The hatchling took its first steps under the warmth of its mother hen.” 🗣 Pronunciation: /ˈhætʃ.lɪŋ/ 🧩 Synonyms: • Chick (for birds) • Newborn • Baby animal ✨ Fun Fact: The word “hatchling” comes from the verb hatch, meaning “to break out of an egg.” 📌 Nazir Rashidov
