  • Replying to Rael, Mnataka yPHOs watoe pesa wapi kaa wewe ukipata opportunity to recognise your own, you reward and honour CHAs and blame PHOs for not working or being drunkards or being lazy? I always talk about yPHOs because in Latin we say "ndithya ite tusau nikathela!". When you retire who will replace you if you never mentored yPHOs? Actually yPHOs ulilea ndio huchanga uwekewe retirement party. Nimebakisha just 1 month as a yPHO but even after I no longer consider myself as a yPHO I will always rally yPHOs to know their worth and sacrifice for their Bora Afya army. Ongea na yPHOs wachange ukiwaelewa. - 70% yPHOs are unemployed or underemployed
