سؤال ❓️❓️❓️ عايز اتأكد ان المعلومه دي صحيحه ؟ = اذا كان ال Delay Event مستمر يجب ع المقاول ابلاغ المالك او العكس " Notice of Claim " ف خلال 42 يوم من وقت ال Delay Event يفيد ب ان الحدث مستمر والمعلومات غير كافيه حتي الان يستمر المقاول او المالك ف ارسال ال Claims حتي انتهاء ال Delay Event ثم يرسل ال Detailed Claim خلال 28 يوم من انتهاء ال Delay Event وهو بالتقريب من خبرتكم بيكون كام عدد ال Claims ف المشروع لو صغير او لو كبير ؟ ... إجابة ▶️▶️▶️▶️ عادة و حسب عقود الفيديك المتداولة في السوق . ترسل Notice خلال ٢٨ يوم من وقت علمك بحدوث حدث ممكن يؤثر علي المشروع و تستمر في إرسال رسائل عن الحدث طول ما هو مفتوح . و لو الحدث مستمر فترة طويل هتلاقي العقد بيقولك ارسل Interim claim لما ينتهي الحدث و في فترة لا تزيد عن من شهر الي ٤٥ يوم لازم تكون ارسلت ال Claim عن الحدث ده . و الاستشاري بعد الارسال و خلال ٤٢ يوم يرد عليك . هذه المدد تختلف من عقد لأخر فراجع عقدك . لكن انا ذكرت الأعم. بالنسبة : المفروض ابعت كم كليم . مالوش عدد حسب الاحداث عندك . افرض ما حصلش و لا حدث يعملك تأخير هتبعت كليم؟ #nazihsfier هاشتاج فيه أسئلة و إجابات أخرى في المجال

سؤال : عدم استخدام ال Concurrency Delay في طريقه ال Time Impact Analysis هل المعلومه دي صحيحه ولا لا... عايز اعرف ايه الطرق الي بستخدمها تخص فقط تأخيرات المالك وايضا فقط المقاول والطريقه الي ممكن اضيف فيها تأخيراتهم مع بعض وهل لما باخد EOT وقت او فلوس باخدهم Working Days ولا Calendar Days ..... ..... الاجابة : 1. انت بتحط Fragnet بتأخيرات المالك علي اخر ابديت قبل الحدث ما يبدأ . 2. لما تحطه لو له تأثير هيعملك برنامج بتاريخ جديد اسمه Impacted program . 3. لو رحت عند نهاية الحدث و عملت تحليل للابديت عند نهاية الحدث هتقدر تحلل تأخير المالك وصل كم و تأخير المقاول وصل كم بالنظر لأي مسار اخر غير متأثر بحدث المالك . مثلا تقدر تجرب تلغي تأثير المالك بأنك تقفل ب Actuals لل fragnets و الانشطة المتأثرة بيها . اي تأخير هيظهر لك بالتالي هو تأخير المقاول و ده كدة تأخير متزامن. و ممكن تعرفه بس بالنظر ل Total float السالب علي اي مسار تاني . فسؤالك اجابته لا معلومة غير صحيحة . لكن هو كلام منتشر في الانترفيوهات مع انه غير صحيح . حساب الوقت : شوف نهاية المشروع امتي و نهاية ال Impacted program فين و اطرح ده من ده هيطلع الوقت EOT المفروض تحطه و هيكون طبعا Calendar days . و خلاص . طبعا علي اعتبار انك مطلع ال Impacted صح . #nazihsfier هنا هتلاقي اسئلة و اجابات اخري خاصة بمجال Planning

سؤال و جواب عن التخطيط Planning: سؤال : من الكلام أو الأسئلة اللي بتصلني أو بشوفها. ما أنا يا هندسة أقدر اتعلم برمفيرا على اليوتيوب . مش محتاج اخد كورس في حاجة او ايه الفرق بين شرحك و بين شرح تاني بشوفه على يوتيوب إجابة و توضيح : انا طبعا لا أزعم ان شفت كل الناس اللي بتشرح على اليوتيوب لكن كن خلال الحاجات اللي جت قدامي فده ما أراه الكورس اللي شارحه مش برميفيرا ده اولا . و ثانيا انت مش محتاج تتعلم بس برمفيرا بيعمل ايه. انت محتاج تتعلم الرجل اللي بيشتغل بلانر ده مهتمه ايه ؟ يعني لما يروح مشروع جديد هيلاقي مدير المشروع بيقوله اتفضل دي لوح و دي مقايسة و ده العقد . يلا انا عايز Baseline program مش هيقولك انت بتعرف تفتح p6 و لا لأ ؟ ده بالظبط اللي بشرحه في اول كورس بمسك لوحات مشروع فعلي و مقايسة . و نبدأ نشوف بقى واحدة واحدة كدة هتصرف ازاي في التهمة دي عشان اطلع قماش من اللابتوب. بنسبة ٩٥ % صعب حد يوريلك داتا مشروع على يوتيوب و لكن في الغالب هيفترض مشروع و يوريك ازاي تضيف نشاط و ازاي تعمل WBS و هكذا يعني هتتعلم ان ده شاكوش بيدق بس احنا محتاجين نمسك الشاكوش بأيدينا و نجرب في حاجة فعلية و ده الفرق اللي حاولت اعمله في الكورس . و شبه الكلام ده اتشرح في باقي الكورسات Update Review Tender Power BI Delay analysis حاولت اكون عملي على قد ما اقدر و قريب من الواقع على قد ما اقدر . بدون تفريط في أساسيات و لا إفراط في تفاصيل او اشكال تقارير لا تمت للواقع بصلة . #nazihsfier تابع الهاشتاج للأسئلة الأخرى 👆👆👆👆
