Pawska 2026 - Attendees in the Main Hotel (Amber) - You can now add Extra Days and Breakfast to your booking via the reg system! Extra Days: As you know - the mandatory minimum stay if you have a room in the main hotel (Amber) are: Check in: 26 November Check Out: 30 November* (*The last day of the convention (29 Nov) is a FULL con day with events all the way up to midnight, when the con officially ends. This means that to experience the entirety of Pawska - the first morning after the con ends at midnight is the official standard leaving day) It is however encouraged to add extra days to make the convention artificially longer. It also gives extra time to do shopping, to unpack, and to go on a trip to Gdansk city centre and visit the Christmas Market! To select extra days for yourself in the room: Log in to your Pawska profile > Go to 'Accreditation' in the menu > Scroll down to the bottom to find 'Early Arrival'. Choose either '24 Nov' (Extra Early Arrival) or '25 Nov' (Early Arrival) - For Extra days AFTER the convention has ended, select 'Late Departure' and choose either '1 Dec' (Staying an extra 24 hours after the con has ended) or '2nd Dec' (Staying an extra 48 hours after the con has ended) Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in your nightly hotel rate and must be added to your booking individually. It costs 34pln per person per day. To add breakfast for yourself: Log in to your Pawska profile > Go to 'Accreditation' in the menu > Scroll down to the bottom to find 'Add breakfast for the entire stay' and Choose either 'Yes' or 'No' - You tick this option for yourself only and not for the entirety of the room. This means that each person in the room can decide for themselves if they want to have breakfast or not in the morning during their stay. We will then give this information to the hotel which people in the room want breakfast, and it will be added to total bill of the room. Important Note: There is a 'Hotel Due' calculator on the 'Payments' page of your profile. Please keep in mind that this may not an accurate final total of your hotel bill, and may not include local taxes, tourist taxes, extra breakfast, room service costs, spa costs, parking costs and anything extra you may add to your stay. To calculate the costs of your stay more accurately, you should work out the costs by adding the nightly rate, breakfast, parking and anything extra yourself using this page from our website. Pawska 2026 - Dealers Den Applications Update As of now - we have hit our limit of 10 Dealers in our Dealer's Den. We have sent out e-mails to all people that applied. Those who have applied and have also registered & paid are confirmed 100%. Those who have applied for a spot but have not registered & paid yet - are also confirmed as long as they pay before September 1st. If you applied but did not do so before this deadline - your application will be no longer valid and your spot may be given to a different dealer. So remember - please register and pay within the next 2 months to keep your Dealer's Den spot! We are still accepting applications: but you will be put on a waiting list and replace cancelled applications on a first come first served basis. After making and having your account validated via e-mail - you need to go to 'Payments' page in your 'Membership Panel' and click the correct button for your chosen confee tier. Pawska 2026 - Registration Explained Dear Attendees - Tonight Registration for Pawska 2026 Opens at 22:00 CEST at https://pawska2026.volskarfurevents.eu/ - Creating an account and paying today is compulsory to be able to choose a room in the main hotel (Amber). If you manage to grab a spot in Main - Payment for Hotel is to NOT to be done via our registration system but is done at the hotel in person. Before Registration: Make sure to have in order: ⚠️The name on your payment transaction NEEDS to MATCH the name you used when registering for the con on your Pawska website profile! If you use a different name when paying that is different from the name you filled in on the Pawska reg system we CANNOT link your payment to your profile to validate it - resulting in delays that may mean you may miss out on a room in main ⚠️ It is COMPULSORY to read and to have understood all of the rules for Pawska - Once you Register; you have agreed to all of the rules and your registration counts as a legal agreement between you and the head company behind Pawska (Volskar Furevents) - Read the rules here at https://volskarfurevents.eu/pawska-rules-terms-conditions/ Step 1: On 20 June 22:00 CEST - Our Registration System (available in 🇵🇱/🇬🇧) will become active at https://pawska2026.volskarfurevents.eu/ - Be on that page when it opens and fill in the form correctly - and don't forget about the captcha! (Captcha will fail if you take too long to fill in/or filled in incorrectly but it will reset itself on 2nd time) Step 2: Check email for account validation (The E-mail may arrive in your spam folder!) - log in via the link on this e-mail and continue to fill in more info that is asked of you and choose a Confee Tier Step 3: To Pay for your selected Tier - visit 'Payments' in the 'Membership Panel' - Check the amount due and make sure to press the correct button which the correct fee which will take you to payment portal page. Pay for your ticket type. Step 4: WAIT for an admin to validate your payment. This may take a while if no con admin in charge of finances is at home during your payment. Validation for your payment of the confee may take up to 30 mins on con-reg day and could in theory take hours on any day up until reg closing day depending if a staff member is at home or not to validate your payment. Once your payment is manually validated, you will receive an email and your payment status will be updated on the 'Payments' page. From that point on your payment has been completed and the 'Rooms' page will be unlocked and you are able to pick/join a room. Made an account but didn't pay? You are not a Pawska attendee untill you have actually paid for a tier. Sent payment but it hasn't been validated yet? You can not choose a room in main untill it has been validated and updated on your profile. Step 5: Once validated - you can choose a room if there is a whole one left or join an empty spot in your friend's room. All rooms are password locked upon entry - meaning no randoms can join and you as room leader are in charge of giving out the room password to the correct roomie(s). Didn't manage to secure a room in main? You can message people in main with free spots if you could be allowed to join them. If you have no luck finding a spot in main - You should book a hotel room in one of the many overflows in the area. (You book overflows yourself directly with the hotel in question and not via us) Step 6: Update your profile with a nice avatar that will be used on the member's list and also on your badge. Want Sponsor/Supersponsor but can't afford it during registration? You can always upgrade later anytime by re-selecting a higher Sponsor tier which will update your due fees - you then need to make sure to pay the differance! Pawska 2026 - Our vision for the convention Dear Attendees, We as a whole are very moved by all of the lovely messages we read about your positive experiences with our convention last year and your hype for this year's Pawska. We would like to tell you things about our vision of Pawska this year and the future of our convention. Whatever happens - Pawska will stay small, cozy and fun. And remember - Pawska also belongs to you - the attendee. Pawska 2026 - Dealers Den Info Dear Dealers interested in joining our Dealer's Den for the 2026 Edition: Due to the increased interest we gained in our Dealer's Den since the convention was announced back in February - we have decided to open up DD submissions now already before public registration in the 20th of June at 22:00 CEST. We seem to have some better news compared to last year when it comes to DD Location: The hotel has agreed to let us rent the glass terrace room next to the restaurant, meaning we could have a bigger and more comfortable DD compared to last year's DD in Sala B. As of now - We will allow 8 to 10 Dealers and then increase that number if needed later for a good dealers to space to attendees ratio. There will be NO confee price increase for the 2026 Edition of Pawska Pawska will be one day longer - but the price will remain the same. It means you get an extra convention day for the same low price of 199zl/€47~ still! 🔥 It is important to VFE that we keep our events as financially accesible as possible - as furry is about the community. How & Why?
