🚨 SEBI launches GARUDA for faster AIF launches. Here's what you should know: • Regular AIF schemes can launch within *10 working days* after filing the PPM. • *AIOFs* and *LVFs* can launch immediately after filing. • *Angel Funds* can start sharing their PPM on the same day they receive registration. However, faster launches don't mean fewer checks. The responsibility for disclosure verification now lies with merchant bankers and fund managers. SEBI has also made it mandatory for AIOFs and LVFs to clearly mention their category in the fund name. GARUDA could significantly reduce the time required to bring new funds to market. 📈

India's toy industry is entering a new growth phase. 🧸📈 ✅ Toy exports have risen from ₹1,913 crore (FY19) to ₹3,616 crore (FY26). ✅ Toy imports have fallen by 37.5%. ✅ India is now the world's 4th-largest toy exporter. ✅ The government has announced a dedicated task force for the sector. With strong policy support, rising exports, and increasing domestic manufacturing, companies such as Urban Tots (Deepak Houseware & Toys) could benefit significantly from this long-term trend. The India toy story is only getting started.
