Imagine playing GTA without knowing the buttons on the controller. You’d never truly enjoy the game because you wouldn’t know how to use it. Life is the same. Without understanding how to use your mind, body, and awareness, you’ll struggle through life without ever reaching your potential. A better life is on the other side of learning how to use the controller. Your mind. Your body. Your awareness.

The same eye that sees your thoughts and sees the screen you call reality is the same eye God sees you through. Be humble. Act in accordance with your heart’s law, or you shall suffer. The eye is always watching. 👁️

The untrained man obeys every thought and emotion. The trained man studies where they arise before giving them his will.

The heart is the meeting point between the mental and physical planes. It is the inner centre through which what exists within the mind begins to descend into physical expression through the body. Thought becomes feeling. Feeling generates impulse. Impulse moves the body toward speech and action. This is why guarding the heart is so important. The untrained mind accepts whatever arises within it and gives it permission to descend into the body. Repeated thoughts become repeated emotions, repeated actions become habits, and eventually these patterns are mistaken for personality: “This is just who I am.” The trained mind operates differently. It observes every approaching thought, desire and impulse before giving it permission to become mood, speech or action. Not everything that arises within you should be allowed to become physical through you. To guard the heart is to guard the threshold between the inner and outer worlds.

A little update on my life. I’ve officially begun preparing to write once again. The Book of Wisdom: Volume III. The third chapter of the series is now in motion. ✍️

It’s a new month. There could be a new you. Use this threshold as a point of transformation. Become conscious of the old thought loops, emotional patterns, and unconscious forces that continually lead you toward actions you no longer wish to repeat. What remains unconscious becomes cyclical. Break the pattern. Withdraw your energy from the old self and consciously build the new. Submit to transformation, or remain imprisoned within repetition.

The ego does not control you. It simply presents thoughts, emotions, desires, and fears before your awareness. Lust does not force you into action; it presents a temptation. Anger does not control you; it offers a reaction. Every psychic force seeks your attention, but only your awareness can give it willpower through identification and action. Remain conscious of the forces moving through your mind. Observe what is attempting to influence your will without mistaking it for who you are. The more aware you become, the less power unconscious impulses have over your life, and the greater your self-mastery becomes. Have a great weekend.
