I Was Almost Ready to Give Up 20 Days Before CA Exams… 20 days before my CA exams, I remember thinking: “Bas. Ab nahi hoga.” Syllabus incomplete. Revision incomplete. I was mentally preparing myself for failure before the exam had even happened. Then I did something strange. I picked up a full-length question paper and decided: “I’m going to write this paper without preparing anything extra. Let’s see exactly where I stand.” And something changed. I realised I didn’t know everything… but I knew MUCH more than I thought. The problem wasn’t that I had zero preparation. The problem was that I was measuring my preparation by what was LEFT instead of what was ALREADY DONE. That day, I stopped trying to finish the entire syllabus.
