আইসব্রেকার অব নলেজ' (Icebreaker of Knowledge) প্রতিযোগিতার বিজয়ী বাংলাদেশি তরুণ মো. মালেকুল সালেহীন প্রত্যয় সফলভাবে তার অসাধারণ আর্কটিক (সুমেরু) অভিযান শেষ করে রাশিয়ার মুরমানস্ক শহরে ফিরে এসেছে। সেখানে তার বাবা এবং অন্যান্য তরুণ অংশগ্রহণকারীদের অভিভাবকরা তাকে উষ্ণ অভ্যর্থনা জানান। ❤️ আর এই পুরো আর্কটিক যাত্রায় উত্তর মেরু পর্যন্ত তার সঙ্গী হয়েছিল দারুণ বিশেষ একটি জিনিস—আমাদের বাংলাদেশের লুঙ্গি! 🇧🇩🧊 এর মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশের সংস্কৃতি ও পরিচয়ের ছোট্ট একটি অংশ পৌঁছে গেল পৃথিবীর একেবারে উত্তর প্রান্তের এই বরফরাজ্যে। মর্যাদাপূর্ণ 'আইসব্রেকার অব নলেজ' প্রতিযোগিতায় বিজয়ী হওয়ার মাধ্যমেই মালেকুল উত্তর মেরুতে যাওয়ার এই অনন্য সুযোগটি অর্জন করে। বিজয়ী এবং তার সফরসঙ্গী অভিভাবকের জন্য এই পুরো যাত্রাটি ছিল সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে, যার সার্বিক অর্থায়নে ছিল রাশিয়ার রাষ্ট্রীয় পারমাণবিক সংস্থা রোসাটম (Rosatom)। ⚛️🚢 ⚛️ পারমাণবিক বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তির প্রতি বাংলাদেশের মেধাবী তরুণদের ক্রমবর্ধমান আগ্রহকে সব সময়ই সাধুবাদ ও সমর্থন জানায় রোসাটম। রাশিয়ার এই রাষ্ট্রীয় সংস্থাটি বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশে 'রূপপুর পারমাণবিক বিদ্যুৎকেন্দ্র' নির্মাণ করছে। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, রূপপুর বিদ্যুৎকেন্দ্র আমাদের দ্বিপাক্ষিক সম্পর্কে এক নতুন অধ্যায়ের সূচনা করবে এবং বাংলাদেশ ও রাশিয়ার মধ্যকার সহযোগিতাপূর্ণ সম্পর্ককে আরও সুদৃঢ় করবে। 🤝🇧🇩🇷🇺 মালেকুলের মতো মেধাবী তরুণদের বৈজ্ঞানিক কৌতূহল ও উদ্দীপনা ভবিষ্যতে রূপপুরের মতোই আরও বড় ও অত্যাধুনিক প্রযুক্তিগত প্রকল্পগুলোতে দুই দেশকে একসাথে কাজ করে যেতে সাহায্য করবে। 🌍🔬⚛️ ________ Bangladeshi youngster Md. Malekul Salehin Prottoy, a winner of the Icebreaker of Knowledge programme, has successfully completed his extraordinary Arctic journey and returned to Murmansk, Russia, where he was welcomed by his father and the parents of other young participants. ❤️ And something very special travelled with him all the way to the North Pole — a Bangladeshi lungi! 🇧🇩🧊 A small piece of Bangladesh’s culture and identity has now reached one of the northernmost points on Earth. Malekul earned his journey to the North Pole after winning the prestigious Icebreaker of Knowledge competition. The trip was completely free of charge for the winner and his accompanying parent, and was fully sponsored by the Russian state corporation Rosatom. ⚛️🚢 ⚛️ Rosatom supports the growing interest of talented Bangladeshi youth in nuclear science and technology. The Russian state corporation Rosatom is currently constructing the Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant in Bangladesh. 𝟏𝟑 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, The Institute of Modern Languages (IML), University of Dhaka, organized the Orientation Day of the Short Course on the Russian Language, marking the beginning of an exciting academic and intercultural journey for students interested in the Russian language and culture. 🎓🌍 The special course is offered by Saint Petersburg State University (SPbU), Russia, through the Center for Open Education of Russia, with the support of IML, University of Dhaka, and in cooperation with the Russian House in Dhaka. 🇷🇺🤝🇧🇩 The program received an enthusiastic response, attracting over 300 applicants, with 80 students selected to participate in the course. 📝✨ Professor Mohammad Absar Kamal, Director of IML, delivered the welcome remarks and encouraged students to actively engage in the course. Amanullah, Vice-Chancellor of the National University, Bangladesh. 🎓🤝 The discussion focused on possibilities for cooperation between Bangladeshi educational institutions and Russian universities, particularly in professional development, language education, technology and government-to-government cooperation. 🌍📚💻 Following the meeting, a joint discussion was held with the management team of the National University. The Russian House in Dhaka presented a brief overview of its initiatives and activities, including its role in promoting educational, cultural and people-to-people cooperation between Bangladesh and Russia.
