Join Films4Falastin for our 6th (!) monthly movie fundraiser on August 25, 6pm at Cherry Street Village. We will be watching “33 Days” by Mai Masri, a film about the 2006 zionist invasion of Lebanon. It follows the stories of 4 people, a theatre director from Beirut, an aid worker responsible for coordinating emergency relief efforts, a journalist working for an underground TV station, and a mother with her newborn baby. Through their stories, Masri sheds light on the war’s impact on the people of Lebanon. Watching this is timely, as it is the 20 year anniversary of the violent July War and today, the zionist imperial aggression in Lebanon is worsening. As with all our events, this is a fundraiser for mutual aid in Lebanon. We encourage attendees to bring cash to purchase food and other items as well as an entry fee of $10+. We will also have political discussion after the film. Bring friends and family, RSVP here: tinyurl.com/rsvp33days

Join Films4Falastin for our monthly movie fundraiser on July 28, 6pm at Cherry Street Village. We will be watching “Fedayeen: Georges Abdallah’s Fight”, a documentary about the life and leadership of former political prisoner and Lebanese freedom fighter, Georges Abdallah. We are screening this in honor of the 1 year anniversary of his liberation after 41 years in French prison. As the settler land-grabs and zionist ethnic cleansing expands further into Lebanon as this US-Zionist war on the people of the region escalates, we have a responsibility to deepen our political understanding and donate to the people of Lebanon who have been made into internal refugees. This is a fundraiser for mutual aid in Lebanon; we encourage attendees to bring cash to purchase food and other items as well as an entry fee of $10+. Please let us know if you’d like to contribute items to sell. Bring friends and family, RSVP at this link https://tinyurl.com/5n6fbusd

Statement Issued by the Alternative Palestinian Revolutionary Path Movement Masar Badil congratulates the election of the Mujahid Dr. Khalil al-Hayya as Chair of the Political Bureau of Hamas The Masar Badil, the Alternative Palestinian Revolutionary Path Movement, extends its warmest congratulations and greetings to the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, on the occasion of the election of the Mujahid and national leader Dr. Khalil al-Hayya as Chair of the Political Bureau of the Movement, wishing him and the new leadership success in bearing their national, pan-Arab, and international responsibilities at this pivotal stage in the history of our Palestinian people, our Arab and Islamic nation, and the struggle of the resisting peoples in confronting the forces of colonialism, occupation, and racism. The Alternative Palestinian Revolutionary Path Movement affirms that the Palestinian resistance, with its various forces and struggling factions, and at the forefront of them the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, has been and continues to constitute the first line of defense for the existence of our people and their national rights, and that the current stage requires further field, political, and popular unity among the forces of resistance, and the strengthening of the presence and voice of our people in the homeland and the diaspora within a comprehensive national liberation project whose organizing slogan is: "No voice rises above the voice of the Palestinian people." The election of Brother Dr. Khalil al-Hayya (Abu Osama), in the midst of the ongoing genocide war and Zionist-U.S. aggression against our people and our nation, and in the face of displacement and liquidation projects, and the brutal aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, places a heightened responsibility on all Palestinian and Arab national forces, and liberation movements in the world, to strengthen the steadfastness of the resistance front in our region and the world, and to consolidate the unity of the resistance forces internationally more than ever before. Our Movement also expresses its deep appreciation for the great sacrifices made by the leadership, cadres, and mujahideen of the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, alongside all Palestinian resistance factions, in confronting the Zionist-imperialist genocide, and in the battle to defend Palestine and the peoples of our nation, affirming that the blood of the martyrs, the sacrifices of the prisoners, and the steadfastness of the wounded will remain a beacon on the path to liberating our greater Arab homeland from colonialism, dependency, normalization, and tyranny. The Alternative Palestinian Revolutionary Path Movement renews its commitment to work with all national and Islamic forces, and Arab and international liberation forces, in order to expand the resistance front, isolate the Zionist occupation, and escalate the global solidarity movement with our people, until the achievement of its goals of liberation and return, and the attainment of full sovereignty for our people over all its national soil, from the River to the Sea. Glory to the martyrs... Freedom for the prisoners... Healing for the wounded... And victory to the resistance. Alternative Palestinian Revolutionary Path Movement 20 July 2026

🇵🇸📚 We strongly encourage you to read this article by Khaled Barakat, a member of the Masar Badil executive committee, which examines the presence of Gaza in the work of Ghassan Kanafani and the special relationship the writer had with the heroic enclave: “I’m well-known here- I can even say that I’m “loved”, more than I ever imagined, and this is something that humiliates me, because I know that I won’t have enough time to live up to people’s expectations from me, and that, in all scenarios, I will fail to be like they expect me to be." "I feel, more than any other time, that the value of my words is like a silly compensation for the absence of resistance weapons, and that it now bows in front of the glory of the real men who die every day for something I respect." https://masarbadil.org/en/2024/07/5058/

US President Donald Trump’s so-called “Board of Peace” is doubling down on the US mission to the UN’s position by calling for the removal of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) from Gaza. ■ As of June 30, the Israeli occupation killed more than 1,053 Palestinians in Gaza since the so-called “ceasefire” on October 11, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza. On 26 June 2026, the Lebanese government and the Zionist entity, under the auspices of the United States, announced the signing of a so-called "framework agreement" that poses an extreme danger to the people, land and future of Lebanon. In reality, this agreement provides only a framework for the surrender of South Lebanon, its people, its villages and its land; normalization with the Zionist entity; attacks against the Lebanese Resistance -- the sole source of self-defense for the Lebanese people against ongoing Zionist aggression; submission to United States tutelage and Zionist occupation; relinquishment of the legal, political and natural rights of the Lebanese people; and abandonment of the dozens of Lebanese prisoners currently held in occupation prisons. As the International Campaign to Free Lebanese Prisoners, we join the Lebanese people, a broad array of political movements, and the Resistance -- and the global movement that stands against U.S. imperialism and Zionist colonialism -- in expressing our outrage at this dangerous "framework agreement," and our commitment to work for the liberation of Lebanese prisoners and of all Lebanese land from the Zionist occupation entity. The Challenge of the Day: Establishing a Unified National Front to Restore the Palestinian National Liberation Movement https://masarbadil.org/en/2026/06/8285/ The Palestinian cause today stands at a decisive historical turning point, amid the continuing war of genocide and Zionist aggression, the escalation of the settler-colonial assault on our land and people, and the ongoing crisis of the Palestinian political system and its inability to represent the aspirations of our people and their national rights. Proceeding from this pivotal moment, the Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement believes that the national and historical responsibility borne by the Palestinian resistance forces requires the initiation of a serious and genuine national dialogue leading to the establishment of a unified Palestinian national front that restores the Palestinian national liberation movement and unites the energies of our people in the homeland and throughout the diaspora around the program of liberation and return. This national front must begin with a comprehensive political and critical review of previous experiences, and establish a comprehensive national liberation project founded upon confronting the occupation and the Zionist project, and defending the inalienable national rights of the Palestinian people, foremost among them the right of return, the right to self-determination, and the right to liberate the entirety of the Palestinian homeland. It must also work to rebuild the Palestinian national institutions on revolutionary, representative, and democratic foundations, reflecting the free will of our people, and putting an end to the monopolization of national decision-making and the exclusion of the majority of our people practiced by the so-called “Palestinian Authority” in Ramallah. The Movement believes that restoring the central role of the Palestinian people in the diaspora is not merely an organizational matter or an issue of representation, but rather a strategic issue that touches the very essence of the Palestinian national project. Millions of Palestinians in refugee camps and places of exile constitute an integral part of our people, and they possess a historical and political right that is not subject to compromise or marginalization. Therefore, reintegrating them into national decision-making, rebuilding the national institutions, and strengthening their role in leading the military, political, popular, media, and diplomatic struggle constitute an essential condition for reviving the Palestinian national liberation movement and restoring its unity and capacity for initiative and action. What is required today is to restore the Palestinian cause to its natural position as a national liberation cause of a people struggling to liberate their land, secure the return of their refugees, and bring an end to the Zionist settler-colonial project. The Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement calls upon all resistance forces, national forces, popular organizations, and our people in the homeland and the diaspora to shoulder their historical responsibilities and engage in a responsible national dialogue leading to the construction of a unified national leadership and the launch of a new stage of the Palestinian struggle, based on resistance in all its legitimate forms, and on the unity of the Palestinian people, the unity of their cause, and the unity of their objectives. The unity of the resistance forces, the establishment of a unified Palestinian national front, the restoration of the historic role of the diaspora, and the rebuilding of the Palestinian national liberation movement are not matters that can be deferred to a future date, but urgent national imperatives imposed by the sacrifices and steadfastness of our people. They are the path toward the liberation of all of Palestine, from the river to the sea, the return of the refugees to their homes, the dismantling of the Zionist settler-colonial project, and the end of its existence on the land of Palestine.

Palestinian journalist Shatha Hanaysheh writes : "“Fourteen months in prison and a long journey of treatment were not merely a stretch of time, but a lifetime of pain,” he wrote. “Fourteen months were enough to teach me that health is a crown, freedom is life, and dignity is not a minor detail, but the very essence of our humanity.” I remember my first visit to Mujahed in the hospital, four months after the hemorrhage. He weighed no more than 30 kilograms. He couldn’t speak and couldn’t move anything except his right hand, which he used to write in his careful, beautiful handwriting." https://mondoweiss.net/2026/06/mujahed-mofleh-when-the-prison-never-leaves-you/
