‏خطبة جمعة للشيخ يحيى الحجوري حفظه الله

السؤال: شيخنا الفاضل، أحسن الله إليكم، أنا أعمل في نهار رمضان وأكون متعبًا وقت صلاة التراويح، وفي مسجدنا يصلون التراويح بعد العشاء، ثم يقيمون صلاة التهجد في الثالثة صباحًا. فهل يجوز لي أن أصلي العشاء ثم أنام مباشرة، وأستيقظ لصلاة التهجد معهم بنية قيام الليل؟ 📤الجواب: عقد صلاة التراويح جماعة في أول الليل ثم لا يوترون ويخرجون من المسجد ويرجعون إليه لعقد جماعة لصلاة التراويح مرة أخرى في آخر الليل أو ما يسمونه بالتهجد؛ الصواب أن هذا هو التعقيب الذي ثبت عن الإمام سفيان الثوري القول بكونه محدثا، وثبت عن جماعة من السلف القول بكراهته، والمسألة خلافية لكن هذا هو الصواب في المسألة. أما صلاة المرء في بيته على هذه الصفة بحيث يصلي أول الليل شيئا ثم يصلي آخر الليل هذا ثبت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. و السائل إن كان لا يستطيع الصلاة أول الليل فإمكانه النهوض لصلاة القيام والتهجد آخر الليل في بيته وإن صلى مع من يصلون في المسجد آخر الليل فأرجو أنه لا بأس بإذن الله. والتهجد في الثلث الآخر من الليل أفضل من الصلاة أول الليل كما في البخاري عن عمر الله عنه: ( والتي ينامون عنها أفضل من التي يقومون) ثم قال عبد الرحمن بن عبدٍ القاري الراوي عنه: يريد آخر الليل وكان الناس يقومون أوله. انتهى. يعني لكون ذلك أيسر على الناس. لذلك كان عقد الإمام لصلاة التراويح أول الليل جماعة دون الوتر فيه حرمان كثير من الناس -الذين يشق عليهم الرجوع آخر الليل- أجر قيام الليل كله لمن صلى مع الإمام حتى ينصرف كما ثبت من حديث أبي ذر أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ( إنه من قام مع الإمام حتى ينصرف كتب الله له قيام ليلة ). وهذا الحديث من الحجج في منع هذا التعقيب. ولهذا لما جمع عمر الفاروق الناس على أبي بن كعب يؤمهم في صلاة الليل من رمضان كان يصلي بهم بعد العشاء ولم يكن يصلي بهم في جماعة ثانية آخر الليل. وفهم الصحابة أسد وأصوب وأهدى سبيلا. وعلى هذا مضى عمل المسلمين. وقد جاء عن عمران بن حدير قال : أرسلت إلى الحسن رحمه الله؛ فسألته عن صلاة العشاء في رمضان: أنصلي ثم نرجع إلى بيوتنا فننام ثم نعود بعد ذلك ؟ فأبى ، قال : لا ، صلاة العشاء ثم القيام.انتهى وقد نقل شيخ الإسلام على ذلك اتفاق السلف كما في "الفتاوى"(23 /119) حيث قال : (السنة في التراويح أن تصلى بعد العشاء الآخرة كما اتفق على ذلك السلف والأئمة). فهذا يدل على أن الصحابة والسلف لم يكن من هديهم تحري صلاة الليل جماعة في آخر الليل مع جواز ذلك. فضلا عن أن يكونوا يتحرون صلاتها جماعة مرتين كما هو الشأن في التعقيب. والله الموفق. ............................. السؤال الثاني: هل صحيح تفريق كثير من الناس بين قيام الليل والتهجد والتراويح؟ 📤الجواب: [ الصلاة في الليل تُسمَّى تهجدًا، وتُسمَّى قيام الليل؛ كما قال الله تعالى: (وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَتَهَجَّدْ بِهِ نَافِلَةً لَكَ) [الإسراء: 79]، وقال سبحانه: (يَا أَيُّهَا الْمُزَّمِّلُ ۝ قُمِ اللَّيْلَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا ۝)  [المزمل: 1-2]، وقال سبحانه عن عباده المتقين: (آخِذِينَ مَا آتَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ مُحْسِنِينَ ۝ كَانُوا قَلِيلًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ مَا يَهْجَعُونَ ۝ ) [الذاريات: 16-17]. أما التراويح: فهي تُطلق عند العلماء على قيام الليل في رمضان أول الليل مع مراعاة التَّخفيف وعدم الإطالة، ويجوز أن تُسمَّى تهجدًا، وأن تُسمَّى قيامًا لليل، ولا مشاحة في ذلك. والله الموفق]. انتهى من ضمن الأسئلة الموجهة من المجلة العربية. 💥THERE IS NO SHAME IF THE IMAAM MAKES A MISTAKE IN RECITATION, WHILE CORRECTING HIM IS LEGISLATED💥 Correcting the Imam—meaning prompting him when he errs in recitation—is prescribed in Islam. It is part of cooperation in righteousness and piety, and there are evidences for it from the Sunnah, including the following: ✏️ Imam Muqbil ibnu Hadi al‑Wadi‘i رحمه الله said in Al-Jāmiʿ al-Ṣaḥīḥ: 141 – Prompting the Imam 📕 1028 – Imam Ahmad narrated... from AbdurRahman ibn Abza: The Prophet ﷺ led the Fajr prayer and omitted a verse. When he finished, he said, “Is Ubayy ibn Ka‘b present among the people?” Ubayy said: “O Messenger of Allah, was such-and-such a verse abrogated or did you forget it?” He said: “I forgot it.” 🔻Al-Wādiʿī said: This is an authentic hadith; its narrators are those of the Ṣaḥīḥ. 🔸 Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar رضي الله عنهما: The Prophet ﷺ prayed and something from the Qur’an became unclear to him. When he finished, he said to Ubayy ibn Ka‘b: “Did you pray with us?” He said: “Yes.” He said: “What prevented you from prompting me?” 📕 Reported by Abu Dawud and authenticated by Muhammad Nasiruddin al‑Albani. 🔸 Narrated Aisha bint Abi Bakr رضي الله عنها: The Prophet ﷺ heard a man reciting in the mosque and said: “May Allah have mercy on him. He reminded me of such-and-such verses that I had omitted from such-and-such surah.” 📕 Agreed upon (Bukhari and Muslim), and the story of ʿAbbād is recorded in Bukhari. 🔸 Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas‘ud رضي الله عنه: The Prophet ﷺ prayed—(Ibrahim said: I do not know whether he added or subtracted)—and when he finished, he was told: “O Messenger of Allah, has something changed in the prayer?” He said: “What is that?” They said: “You prayed such-and-such.” He then turned toward the qiblah, performed two prostrations, and said: “If something new had occurred in the prayer I would have informed you, but I am only a human like you; I forget as you forget. So when I forget, remind me…” 📕 Agreed upon. 📖 Statements of the Scholars ✏️ Yahya ibn Sharaf al‑Nawawi said in Al-Majmūʿ (4/250): “If the Imam makes a mistake in the Qur’an, those behind him should prompt him. This is unanimously agreed upon. It is not disliked; rather, it is recommended, as included in the Prophet’s statement: ‘What prevented you from prompting me?’” ✏️ Ibn Qudamah said in Al-Mughnī (2/20): “There is no harm in prompting the Imam if he becomes confused or errs, for it is reported that the Prophet ﷺ said to Ubayy: ‘What prevented you from prompting me?’” ✏️ Abd al‑Aziz ibn Baz said: “If the Imam makes a mistake in Al-Fātiḥah, prompting him is obligatory because Al-Fātiḥah is a pillar. As for other surahs, it is recommended. If no one prompts him, there is no sin.” 🌿 Benefits Derived from These Hadiths 1️⃣ It is legislated to prompt the Imam and alert him to his mistake in recitation. 2️⃣ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ could forget some verses after conveying them, and then be reminded. 3️⃣ No matter how skilled a reciter is, mistakes or forgetfulness may still occur, even if rarely. 4️⃣ The Imam should not be blamed or criticized if such a mistake occurs, because he is human and subject to human weakness. Perfection is rare. 5️⃣ These narrations refute those ignorant people who criticize and belittle an Imam when he errs, due to lack of understanding of the evidences or out of stubbornness. We ask Allah for safety. How excellent it is to have understanding in religion and insight into the evidences!
